Burger King — Restaurant in Bourbonnais

It was horrible first we went to the Burger King in momence and again they were close when they should have been open, but since we had such a craving for Burger King we drove all the way to the Burger King in bourbonnais on 102 when we got there the server told us it was going to be a 5-minute wait there was only one car in front of us. After about 5 minutes he came back to the speaker and took our order again there was at this time no cars in front of us at all and it took us 20 minutes to get our food sitting at the drive-thru window. When They handed us our food our order was messed up and we had to wait another 7 or 8 minutes for them to fix their mistake. I will never go back to neither one of these locations ever again in my opinion they should probably just be permanently closed down the service was not friendly at all the guy did not even want to open up the window after he handed me my food when I noticed it was wrong and when he did open it he had one of the nastiest attitudes. The next time I am hungry I'd rather save my money and starve than to ever go to either one of these locations again. I'd give it a one-star because that's the...

One time I showed up and I was the only one in the drive thru and the guy took my order. 10 minutes later he tells me "Hey man, 3 ppl just pulled up to order so your order is gonna take awhile" WHAT

Today. I ask for a croissant with no egg. It was immediately ready and served with Egg.

I guess it was my fault for going back to this BK.

This establishment/Management is TRASH.

I'm aware you won't do anything about but I'm just hoping the owner responds. He is probably a trash individual as well who treats his workers like dog doo doo.

I will happily fight the manager/owner in the parking lot if this review becomes an issue.

I'm confident that these workers are completely unsupported. I feel bad for them.

Zero stars....by far the worst burger king ever. First of all there outside sign and lights are never on, it always looks closed. Go to drive through cant see the menu. Try to place order and either asked wait or they rush you through so you can't explain what you want on your whopper. When you finally get your food its almost always wrong and not even hot...one time i went in because everything was wrong and told them i had asked for cheese on my whopper. They asked me if they wanted me to have them put a piece of (cold) cheese on it...i told them i wanted a new whopper...they reluctantly tossed it away and rolled his eyes.
