I ordered off the mobile app and when I went in to pick it up, there were two people at the registers, an older guy who looked like he was about to leave and a younger girl. There was already an order up at the pick up but it wasn't mine and the guy had asked if it was because there's apparently was something that needed to be told to the people who were picking it up. I said no and gave the name for the order, the girl with a really snobby attitude said it'll be out next. I went to sit down and wait. It was a few minutes before a young guy came up with the order and called it out to me, which I appreciated. I went to grab it but I was confused cause I had 2 drinks as well and no one informed me of them. I waited at the counter for maybe over 5 minutes for someone to come over but there were a total of 3 girls all at the drive thru counter/window on someone's phone on a video call. As I was about to call out one of them noticed me and I asked about the drinks. The girl had told me it was the 2 empty cups that were no near my bag and once again no one mentioned them. I don't mind filling my own cups but when the soda area is completely soaked with water and who knows what else I have a problem. It was overall a terrible experience with customer service and tidiness. I will not ever come back. The only positive thing was the food and whether mistake or not I got an extra nacho fry and I was not...
Read moreThis location is the only consistently good Taco Bell in the area. I have yet to have a significant issue with order accuracy and the preparation of our food is consistently good.
I copied the most recent survey response I submitted because I believe that the team members involved deserve public recognition.
"The team members at this location have time and time again proven themselves to provide exceptional service. I went into this location and asked if there was any way to ring up a Chipotle chicken loaded griller (since it was taken off the menu, even though all the ingredients are still there). The cashier (I believe Tenicha, probably butchering the spelling sorry) was very friendly and entertained my questions. Another team member (I believe Paul) heard my question and came to assist and he was able to figure out a solution. After helping me I asked for his name to mention in this survey response and without skipping a beat, and before I had a chance to ask, gave me the cashier's name as well, to make sure she got recognition. That gesture was subtle, but was a clear indication of leadership, and I'm sure a large contributor to why this location has been consistently excellent. My wife and I go out of our way to go to this location, even though there is another closer, because of the stellar service and...
Read morei’m so serious ive never had a meal this good.
picture this, just left court (divorce), mother died less than a month ago, dead broke, thinking to myself “all i want is to be happy”. driving home late from work one night, starving, and all that i can think about is a crunchwrap supreme. decide to scrounge together my last few bucks to buy one. upon entering one i felt like id entered another dimension, it was beautifully clean, almost an artwork. the staff looked like they were out of a movie, and the smell, my god the smell. i was getting hungrier by the second and all i wanted to do was eat, so i ordered. a crunchwrap supreme and a large drink.
upon receiving the food, i was given excellent service. i sat down in the cleanest booth ive ever seen at any restaurant ever and dig in. and holy cow when i say this was a lifechanging meal. after one bite my outlook on life altered. i realized, its never as bad as it seems. you just need someone or something to cheer you up. never let yourself be alone, and never resist the urge to go to taco bell at 11 pm with...
