This was my first time. Iām from out of town and wanted to support a local place while in town. When I showed up to the drive through there were six cars in front of me. There were two aisles for cars to go through but one of them was closed. I sat in the drive through for over thirty minutes AND I had placed my order online. Thereās no speaker to order through so everyone has to get up to the window to order and then sit at the window while they wait for their order to be made. The real kicker for me was that even though I ordered online and sat in line for thirty minutes, my drink still wasnāt made when I pulled up to the window. Iām sure this is for the purposes of freshness but with there no speaker to order through thereās no way for the staff to start making orders before you pull up to the window. Decided to try and order online for my first trip so I got an idea of everything they had. It was St. Patrick's day so I ordered two shamrock cookies and some really fun and super tasty lucky charms drinks. When we got there for pickup, they were out of our shamrock cookies - no big deal! I would have done store credit, refund, whatever was easiest for them. The employee (or possibly owner) apologized profusely, and instead offered us chocolate chip cookies instead (MY GOD THESE WERE SOME OF THE BEST COOKIES I'VE EVER HAD) she also saw my 4 year old in the back and gave us cake pops on the house! It was my favorite place to get coffee but lately for the past month I feel like it's gone down hill in terms on quality and service. For example, all of the cold brews taste like milk and creamer, there used to be a lot of flavor and they've just been bland. The service is not like it used to be either. The lines have been taking forever, 10+ minutes, the staff isn't as friendly. The other day I pulled up and there were 3 employees in there, and 2 of them just stared at the window for a minute like they didn't want to take the order. I then ordered and pull out a gift card to pay and again I got a look of discontent. They didn't know how to run a giftcard through their own system....starbucks prices for mcdonalds service and quality.
