Starbucks — Restaurant in Bourbonnais

My friend and I was heading to Indiana and stop got sum coffee.. We pulled into a spot and order on there app because it was my birthday and I get something for free. Well order and we went in I see my drink and food was done.. I told my friend son wait for mom stuff I am gonna use the restroom he was still waiting. The guy finally ask us do u need help, I said waiting for my friend drink order and he said someone came pick it up. I said we just order it and he been here and we been here for awhile.. sum women was rude saying someone came in said someone picking up her the 4 drinks and left I said we just order and we been here so how. So he went over got the recept I called and said u order this and this she like yeah and the lady someone pick up I said how we just order them and just walked in.. I said u don't have the drinks she No we dont. The lady like just make them over, she said I know they came pick them up.. I am like whatever, they mess up on my 2 friends drinks and my drink was so strong . Her carm frap had all different things in it, he was mad when I said need another protein box.. Finally waiting for good 15 Min we left, poor made coffee and ice tea. ...

Arrived two minutes after mobile order was placed and order and my breakfast sandwich never came to the board. After 15-20 minutes I finally asked about my order and they said they never got it after I showed proof of the order. Got excuses from them that someone must've took it even though I told them I arrived two minutes after placing the order. They said it'll be right up. Waited another 10 minutes and I asked again and they never started it. I was asked to go to the register and I asked for a refund. Because it was a mobile order on the app I was told I'd have to go thru the app to get it. Breakfast sandwich finally came up after, I'm guessing a mgr asked the cook about it. I'm not a Starbucks guy and probably will never be again but McDonald's is much more efficient and has a better breakfast sandwich. Only went to Starbucks because McDonald's breakfast...

Went to this location on my way outa town, should have passed it by. Ordered a iced quad espresso with 4 stevia and a splash of cream in a venti. Cup revived a tall hot blond roast reg coffee with a lot of cream asked them to fix it mistakes happen... I’m not sure what I received it had sugar it, it was not espresso and had enough cream for 4 drinks Third times the charm nope I sent my husband in this time because I wanted my money back so I could go elsewhere nope again, he didn’t listen and gave them a third chance needless to say they failed again. Now he’s in hot water on rt. 102 it’s gonna be a long no ride home with his wife with no coffee. Shame on...
