Food is extremely overpriced but they do have deals online that make it a bit more worth it. However the crew are abhorrent and if your order is messed up do not expect any kind of return, refund or remake. Had ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and tipped 8 dollars on my 40 dollar TAKE OUT order, they forgot the pepperoni. Called and they said no problem I could have a remake whenever since they were already close to closing. A week later I called and the girl on the phone(Katelyn) acted as if I had no remake, then suddenly found it. All seemed well until I got home from picking up the order and the pizza was incorrect and damaged. Manager “Katelyn/Caitlynn”, young curly haired brunette with blue eyes gave me a hand tossed pizza instead of a stuffed crust pizza, its like a 10 dollar price difference. I asked for her to remake this order and she seemed amused, laughing on the phone call when I repeatedly asked for another employee to assist me, and insisted there was no one else I could talk to about the messed up order. Read morePlaced an order and was quoted a time of 30 minutes for delivery. After 50 minutes had passed I called to check on the status and was told that it would be at least another 30-40 minutes before delivery. I told the "manager" Josh the time I was quoted and confirmed with a subsequent email and he told me, "That's wrong, you got told wrong." followed by, "So, do you want to cancel your order?" I told him, no, but this is ridiculous, what can he do about it. I was told, "I told you to cancel it or I can take 10% off." I kind of laughed at that option but said I'll just come pick it up. He was extremely unprofessional and unbelievably rude. I decided to just order Papa Johns but to call back and cancel the Pizza Hut order. I spoke with Josh again, he was even more rude so I asked if the restaurant was corporately owned or franchised (so that I know who to call to inform them of my terrible experience) and he very irately responded, "call tomorrow and talk to Charlie" I asked him if that was the owner and he almost shouted over the phone, "Call tomorrow and talk to Charlie!" I again asked if that was the owner and he shouted "YES!" and hung up. Unbelievable. Really disappointed but I'm sure Josh isn't holding an MBA.....I'll update after speaking...
Read moreI ordered pizza tonight- 2 big family boxes. They were going to send me to a 'payment line' when it came time to give my card information. I questioned the employee on the phone why I was being transferred, as that is something I've never done before, and he offered to just 'take my card numbers instead' with no explanation whatsoever. That seemed very eerie to me, so I hung up. Then my daughter called back to replace the order and we seemed to get connected to a person in the store like normal. Before she started ordering, I asked the man on the phone about my experience with the other call before him and he told me HE DONT HAVE TIME RIGHT NOW. THEY WERE BUSY. So my daughter finished the order. I call back to talk to a manger and the same man picked up and said he was not available but I ended up explaining my experience. I told him what happened, and he ended up being really nasty and short with me saying, "that was the call center MA'AM" Whether they have a call center or not is new news to me, and I would have appreciated a little bit of customer service and an explanation.
