On 1-12-2020 I ordered a number 5 vito and number 2 Big John extra mayo and pickles both sandwich ate $5.99 each and a cookie I paid by credit card and had my sandwich delivered to my home. When I was eating the bread was hard as hell on the ends and middle of the bread. So I called back to let them know about the bread being hard. The manager said sorry for that. And had 2 sandwiches on hold for me for. This next day after I called for my sandwiches. And I was told that I owe $2.23. I'm like how. MG said the price of the sandwich has change. So I look on the website and the price was the same. selling at $5.99 so I told him even though your prices has changed I had two sandwiches on credits you still owe me that. And being that your prices on your website is still showing 599 you still have to honor that.. also the manager said that the price on my receipt is also different but I'm looking at my receipt now and both receipt shows $5.99 each. So I told him you are incompetent because the sandwiches was credited to me as on credit no matter if your prices has changed you should still be giving me the sandwiches not trying to charge me $2.23 difference.. so after I told him I am a Google reviewer and I was going to leave a bad review he offered to give me my money back I told him no it's okay you made a big mistake because if that's what you were going to do that would have been the first thing you would have said. so I ask the MG for his name he didn't want to give it out. I told him as an employee of Jimmy John's I am obligated to know your name. He hung up in my. I asked the the driver and he couldn't give it out. So I called back and spoke with the GM and I'm just getting an excuse for the incompetent at Jimmy John's.. I was told the person answer the phone was in training. Come now how dumb do that sounds. You have someone training and you let them take a call on a problem that he was not even trained for. He should have listened in on the call to know how to handle it the right way. So at the end of the day I think they either doing something fraudulent or trying to up there sells. Not a good way to do that.. so if your a person that was taken advantage of by Jimmy John's please...
Read moreMy husband ordered us subs through the app- I was in this direction of town and picked them up. When I got home, my sub was completely wrong. When I called I spoke to a lady (I’m guessing a manager) and told her. She said I could come pick a new one up(I told her I’m not wasting more gas when they screwed up and they are in the other side of town). She then offered a refund… but then she said well the machine isn’t allowing her to give the refund for the giant sub. So she was like give me your name and number and you can get a free giant next time. Mind you this was on June 4, 2025. We went there today July 13, 2025 and they told my husband nothing was in the system. I usually order from them and they always have been great but whoever I spoke with on this day- was an employee that doesn’t belong. Hopefully other managers can look into this incident. Asked to come and collect our credit whenever we want. We agree that mistakes happen and it is not a problem. But next day when we went to collect food,Manger on shift, was very rude and yelled at my kid, saying they can give peppers, yelling on customers in side store. We felt very embarrassed. Here the problem, Jimmy johns need understand is store did not deliver what we as customers asked.
