I would like to give them more than 3 stars but I cannot. The servers are always friendly and this review is not based on them. It is based on the fact that they always seem to be out of things. One time we went and they did not have the smaller hamburger buns for the kids burgers or Whopper Jrs. Another time they were out of milk for the kids meals. Still another time we went and they did not have small cups for the kids meals. There have been other times when they were out of a particular food item as well but I am not going to list them all. This is more of a management issue. At times the service can be slow but they usually are a popular place to eat so that is to be expected. All in all we still keep going back but I believe there will come a time when they are out of more than one thing at a time and they will lose more business than they would care to!
Update: they lost a star! We waited over 5 minutes to get someone to take our order. They finally took our order because we wanted to pay cash and not use the ordering kiosks. After we ordered it took over 15 minutes to get our food. Once we got it the fries were colder than outside, the original chicken sandwiches were on hot dog buns (see photos), and the one chunk of lettuce was from the end of the head and inedible. I would go down to 1 star but I am holding out hope that someone reads this and avoids it without having to go lower! Please, BK, fix this before it closes. Read moreWORSE ESTABLISHMENT EVER! The manager Patrice is abrupt and rude. She yells at you and make excuses for her staff when they’re wrong. She is very unfriendly without management structure. The female cashiers is always rude at the drive thru. Every time I go here I have a bad experience of being disrespected. Your food is usually undercook why I ask for my food to be extra crispy. The fries are always cold and they mess up your order and don’t give you condiments. The cashiers will argue with you and the manager Patrice. She is always nasty and her staff.

Read moreI went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago. It was extremely slow for a "fast" food restaurant, but i just assumed it was because of bigger orders. The young lady taking orders was very nice and friendly over the speaker. When I got up to the window to pay and collect my food, the young man that was there was very rude. As I handed him my card, I said good morning to him and he closed the window in my face. When he handed me back the card and receipt, he didn't even look at me, and then when he handed me the food, he didn't ask if we needed ketchup, mayo or anything nor did he allow for the opportunity to ask for it ourselves. After he handed me our drinks, he quickly closed the window without saying a word. I understand that may not be a job he is happy in, but being rude and basically mute the entire time makes for a long work day, not to mention very disappointed and angry customers.
