Starbucks — Restaurant in Bowie

On a lunch break from work. The barista wearing a hooded sweat shirt, left my cup on the table and prepared drinks for two customers behind me. I patiently waited and told the barista my cup was there, that I got skipped twice, and that I only had a few more minutes. She glanced at me and starting making a drink for the the next, the third order behind my order, and pushed my cup further to the back near the trash can. I had to wait in line again for a refund. They offered to START making the drink and said sorry. I had to take the refund, or get in trouble at work. I will not be back here for lunch breaks -Which is the only time I’m at...

I am standing here now and the person serving the coffee tried to give me some other type of coffee and when I told her that this was not the type of coffee it said that she have a problem and gave me actitud. Just because did not have the type of coffee that I wanted and she had to make some. This kind of people are dangerous and make places like star bucks to go bankrupt. I end up getting my money back because the star bucks worker end up messing with me and not just giving me hot water with milk, but yelling in my face and acting like she...

Walking in and looking forward to a cool beverage at the Target Starbucks in Bowie. Food was fine, nothing great or bad about it.

Service was subpar but this is the expectation at this location. No smiles, no small talk, just employee chewing gum and smacking it like in 90’s while creating the drink.

Unacceptable at all levels.

To add insult to injury, the employee did not even acknowledge me to say thank you or farewell.
