Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bowie

oh where do I start?!?!?! I never seen a more incompetent group of people in my life!! This is the first review i've ever done in my life and these people took me past the point of angry. It got to the point where it just became ignorance. First of all I show up and they have no idea about my online(app) order so then I take about 10-15 mins trying to figure out where my order went to. Well I guess it takes about that long for it to pop up on your order history so I had no way of showing them I ordered something so I left and went to a different taco bell because I just couldn't handle the dumbness of these people to begin with and I just assumed it never went through. So I got my food at the other taco bell and I double checked to see if that original order popped up in the order history and it did so I went back! I walk in and the idiotic "Manager" said oh right when you left it popped up and I said ok whatever thats fine. So I stand there for another 20 mins waiting for my "Mobile Order" order and about 10 people have come and gone since I got there so im pretty pissed off now as anyone else would be. Then the idiotic "Manager" comes back to me and says "oh they threw your order away when you left the first time"......mind you I already been standing there 20 mins for him to tell me that. It took every ounce of energy I had to hold myself back from slapping the hell out of this guy. So after spending my full hour of my lunch break oh i mean the 1 hour and 20 min lunch break that I had to explain to my boss when i got back at Taco Bell because of the incompetence of these stupid stupid people I finally got my food. So I hope this review can atleast save 1 person from the misery of the stupidness that is taking place in that...

If i could have given a -5 star I would have. On tonight my son ran out for tacos. He specifically ask as I always do, to make my moms tacos as taco bell advertise. Nothing more and nothing less. He took on on the road and a light away, returned as they where luke warm and empty. He discussed this with the manager and she remade them exactly the same way less than half empty. When I saw them i was undoubtedly shocked especially when he said they made them twice. So i called and spoke with the manager and she said i get that complant all the time. We are only allowed to put the amount you received on them due to taco bell standards. I said less than half. She said yes, other people where putting to much on the thats why i was brought in to get this store up to code. They were using way to much meet. Oh really, we’ll I spend anout 100 a week in this corporation and since Bowie Taco Bell feels our money is not worth receiving what is advertised how it’s advertised - I’m done with Bowie, MD Taco Bell. False advertising and charging full price is not cool. So I will be making my own tacos until I locate a taco bell who makes them as advertised.

The management and employees are allowed to bully and harass other employees. This location breeds a culture of despicable behavior that rises to the level of unethical and they are stupid enough to text vile messages to an employee. These folks have harassed my daughter over a cell phone charger that they said she stole. She walked into the store for work and had her charger with her. The coworker (who she never shared her cell number with) kept texting her calling her a thief and a liar. This person even put in another girls name saying she was one too!! A.J. and Carmen are bullies and should be terminated for their harassing behavior. They kept threatening to look at the camera to prove she stole it; we welcomed it and said please do look at the camera. Never heard back from them. I will escalate this situation further since Corporate has not responded to my calls, I will let social media read all these text messages and tag this location. You bully and harass people too much and wonder why they are not coming to work!! You...
