Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

This subway is located inside a gas station. The employee helping me was very slow and I had to continually tell him what I wanted, over and over again. I asked for extra pickles and he put on less then I get at other locations for just regular amount. I also ordered a dozen cookies and instead of ringing me up for the dozen (different item then the 3 pack) he rang me up as 4 sets of the 3 pack (which is more expensive that way). I informed him he likely rang up the wrong item and he said no, this is how we do it. I asked him about the price then because it didn’t match what their price board showed. He said he couldn’t override it and wasn’t willing to look for the dozen selection on his screen so I was charged more. They need proper training on how to ring up items or you need to update your price board to reflect...

Gentleman was annoyed when I approached the counter. I asked for light mayonnaise which they did not have. When I asked for packets of vinegar and oil, he rudely responded, "We do not have that." Then I said "Ok. Just put it on the sandwich." He retorted, "I already closed the sandwich." (Not my problem). He picked up 2 condiment cups and filled them with oil and vinegar and placed the bag on the counter, and stated my total. No time for rude service when Chick filA is 200 yds away. At approximately 10 am on Jan 11 2022, I come to this establishment, and wait roughly 10 mins before a server named "Sogo" prepares my meal. I asked for a salad, I then ask for my tomatoes to be cut, he angrily says "no" we don't do that. I then ask why? I couldn't understand him well he had a foreign accent, I advised him that every other Subway does. He didn't respond. I ask for croutons which he said they didn't have any.
