Arby's — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband and I had gone through the drive through service a few days ago and had sat there for 5-8 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement. Since I had previously worked in fast food industry I completely understand when there are issues with the headset or other things. So we decided to follow the other 2 vehicles and put our order in the window. We weren't upset or irritated ... til we got to the window. "Crystal" didn't even greet us and immediately (with attitude) started spewing how she was busy with other people and that they were understaffed and she couldn't take our order and etc... She was rude and when I asked for her name and a manager she walked away. We sat at the window until, Tiwanna, came and spoke to us. She wasn't the manager but was extremely pleasant and tried to correct the situation. Unfortunately, Crystal had already spoiled any desire to eat at this establishment. She was unprofessional and isn't an asset to this business. Arby's might want to invest in employees with better customer...

I will tell you why I come here one big reason is I moved here in 2006 and yes I've been coming here for 11 years. it's not only the food which they have excellent food I love the roast beef cheddar but the main thing is the coffee Islip Town nearby Arby's on the 31W bypass I go down there every day at 10 and I stay in till about two 2:30 in the afternoon. the people that were on duty at one time or another are no longer there I've seen a lot of people come and go and the new people that are working there now there are also very very friendly and so is Angel. I thanks she's on vacation at the present time. And she does need it. All I can say about Arby's and I tell everybody else if you want a job. Go to Arby's 31W bypass and somewhere along the line you will find a job there because they are very friendly. God bless them all all the workers and angel. .. Customer service was not good tonight. Went to drive through since there was only a couple of cars in line and thought it would be quick. Sit there for over 20 minutes but the cars in front of me were never helped. I decided to move out of line and go somewhere else but when I drove around to where the window is I noticed two workers too busy touching each other and clearly not paying attention to the fact there were customers waiting to be helped. I decided to call them even though I had left to let them know there was now a long line waiting to be helped. After about 20 rings someone finally answered so I politely let them know that there have been people waiting now 30 minutes without assistance. The girl that answered the phone did not even say a word and just hung up on me. Will not ever be going back to...
