Very very disappointed!!!! Horrible, and I mean just plain down right horrible. I visited both burger kings the other night the first one on Scottsville Rd we waited an excessive amount of time just to place our order, which was... 4-Whoppers @ bogo 2- cheesy tater bites 1- Lucky charms milk shake 1-Fruit Loops milk shake Total- $18 and some change.
After the lengthy wait just to place our order then again another annoying wait just to pay for our order, we waited another 5 minutes (and times aren't exaggerated)were informed that we would NOT be getting out shakes as ordered. Because the mgr didn't want to take the time to add to and it clear the unit bc he said he didn't have the time. We then again waited another few more minutes. Finally we were able to get the attention of the drive thru employee to see about the rest of our order and she said it will be a few more minutes. We ask for our money back and the mgr seemed really bothered by having too do this but did anyway in a very cold and silent way. No apologies or anything. Just money in hand then closed the window. Drove too Campbell Lane stopped and the exact same order was $24 and some change. Without any common customer service technique or anything w were pretty much just told "oh well" service there as well was very unsatisfactory the quality of the food was as good as the service.... Bad bad bad. Not sure I'll every go back there bc of these two...
Read moreI don't know if it's poor training or poor attitudes, but the guy that ran the front for the time we were there obviously didn't wanna be there. We asked questions about allergy information and he initially refused to answer. It wasn't until we clarified that it was because of my wife's allergies that he actually asked someone.( they also did not know). After our transaction had completed ( @9:05) and we were waiting for our order to complete, (whom I can only assume was the manager) finished our sandwiches and stepped off for a minute (bathroom? Understandable) meanwhile no change had occurred at the store. Sandwiches made and sitting on the warming table, just needed to be bagged, no cars through the drive though, no new guests inside. No effort from lost puppy front end worker to bag our order and insted chose to play with my wife's sandwich (tossed it around and left it). Manager returns, a couple cars make it in and out of the drive through. Then the manager ask the front end worker what's going. He doesn't know. Finally Bags our order and forgets one of our fries. We did not get out of that...
Read moreI am a regular at the location at 711 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, Kentucky and I order there frequently. I went in today to order and wanted a 16oz drink from your value menu that is priced at $1 on the menu and when I ordered it I was told it was $1.19. I am nowhere near worried about an extra $.19 but wanted to let the manager know that the menu price was wrong. I was met at the second drive thru window by Amy, who claimed to be a manager, and was yelled at and berated by her for simply trying to let them know that the price was wrong on the menu. Technically the price being wrong would be considered false advertising and they could get sued if someone was not as nice as I am but she did not have to be as rude as she was. Simply put the 'manager' needs to learn to have some hospitality and grace and you do need to change your prices on the menu if you are going to change them in the register. This is not the first time I have had to deal with Amy as she is just plain rude and...
