Honestly have never written a review before, but after visiting this place I had to. First, sales are great, thanks for telling me all about them, but after that it’s all downhill. Asking questions about said sales results in hateful remarks and genuinely rude demeanor literally responded with “are you kidding” when asked if the discount included a piece of furniture I was looking at. Had my eyes on a lamp that was marked down and was going to buy it, as I was inspecting the lamp to make sure no pieces were broken (since it was on clearance) I look up and every single employee is staring at me and shouts across the store that “they don’t swap lamp shades” I was not at all switching a lamp shade. I reassured that I was only checking to make sure the shade wasn’t broken and could be removed since it had stains on it already. Bought the lamp, left to get in my car and talked to the people I came with in the parking lot to decide where we were headed next (2 minutes tops) and I look over and the workers are all staring and starting to come out the door, which I can only assume is to get out of the lot. About a month and a half ago I purchased a light fixture to go outside, under roof, in the peak of our front porch. I received help from an associate who was well aware of the location of the light and even helped me select a light fixture. Our new construction finished up through the holidays and we noticed issues with our outdoor porch lighting.

After our electrician evaluated the situation twice and our contractor verified the light was causing the issue, I brought it back to ask for a PARTIAL refund or store credit. I was told no (by the older woman who I assume owns the business) and that none of their lights were for outdoors. The associate that previously helped me, recalled the day I was there and helping me select the light fixture and apologized. Ultimately I walked away with a faulty light fixture and no attempt at service recovery.

Super unfortunate because I liked the store but I will not be back, nor will I speak highly of them in...

What an awesome business!! Have been buying from them for several years now…always extreme helpful and patient in decision making and trust me, I’m picky!!
