Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I have gotten to the point that i refuse to go to this location. I figured after over a year of not going there i would atleast try. I dont know why i bothered. Pulled into the drive through on a Saturday morning at 11 am. No one in the stalls and no one in drive. Man taking my order was short with me and not very polite. I really can't figure out why at 11 am when they're fully switched over to lunch that both our burgers are dry as a bone and almost inedible. Seems like they reheated burgers from last night's shift. Which is disgusting and unacceptable. I asked for no mayo and I guess someone took it as a joke and covered my whole burger including the toppings in mayo. I had to wipe down my burger in order to eat it and lost half the toppings in the process because I finally gave up. Every time I have come here in the past 3 years it's been the same story. Rude staff and long wait times for sub par food. I don't know how they're still open at this point. Either sell the franchise to someone who will care or turn it into a different restaurant. For being so central to the main part of BG its always empty and for good reason PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR...

I have been to this location a couple times and left dissatisfied on every occasion. Yesterday we went there just for milkshakes. I ordered an Oreo cheesecake and my boyfriend ordered a chocolate covered strawberry shake. The employee came outside and told us they were out of both Oreo and cheesecake and I could get something else. He handed us a milkshake that was supposed to be the chocolate covered strawberry but my boyfriend looked at it and it just looked like fudge mixed with vanilla. So he took it back and said he will fix it and I told him I’ll take a hot fudge milkshake instead. He came back with the same exact milkshake (hot fudge for me) and it was very melted at that point and the chocolate covered strawberry which was also pretty melted and just didn’t look anything like the picture. We ended up throwing both away after just a couple sips. Felt like a huge waste of money. Other times that we have been here, nobody answered the speaker to take our order. I chalked it up to they were too busy. Anyways, I will stick with the Nashville...

Alfuw. This is the worst place to work. I say there was over 50 cars that pulled out either B4 or after the order. We threw out a lot of drinks and food. The manager Kelly is rude as can be. They allowed the 1st shift team get swamped and they knew it. Only having 4 people during the busy shift just is not enough. Erica the 1st shift team lead wasn't even there for my 2nd day on my 10 to 5 shift when I showed up and asked where she was they said she left to get her medicine.. umm. So only 3 of us was there and none of us was anywhere near trained like she was. She didn't show up until 15 minutes after I showed up. She was rude and didn't mind acting better then everyone even though she forgets I knew her from months ago. Fake. Lied. The younger people that are on 2nd shift are alfuw they talked all kinds crap and the manager was there and didn't ask them to stop even tho it was about people who were working on there shift . I just got my last paycheck and it was for 2 hrs? No. Wrong....
