Store is under new ownership as of October 2020. This review only applies to the old ownership. I have edited this review 11.3.20. The food is and has always been awesome. The only problem I had was with the way people were treated before the new owner.
I always order the brisket. Last time they gave a whole different sandwich. This time cold turkey meat instead of brisket. Called, I am very friendly. Manager laid the phone down and just wouldnt talk to me. Several times I have called and they just lay the phone down and never pick it up. I get it. The manager doesnt care, the employees don't care, and the owner either doesn't know, or doesn't care. We order 4-8 sandwiches at a time for lunch. I highly recommend that you do not spend a penny here. They don't care about thier customers. That attitude will not result in a sanitary food, happy customers, or profit. Really just could not care less about you getting what you pay for.
In response to Firehouse. My problem is not the food. My problem is this is not the first time they have just set down the phone. We have tried to order and they do it. Read moreI was just at this Firehouse sub store on Saturday around 12. I ordered a sandwich for me and my daughter. Had everything detailed out on the receipt perfectly from the guy taking the orders. Waited 30 minutes to have my sandwiches brought out, only to have them completely wrong. BOTH of the. ingredients we didnt order, and Mayo that was suppose to not be on either sandwich. Took them back... came back again, 10 minutes later, still completely wrong. Asked them to pull up my receipt and look at what was suppose to be on them. They read over it with me...all the ingredients i wanted was on this receipt, with NO MAYO..again, they made the sandwich, with MAYO on both of them. Even though when they read it back to me, they both were saying NO MAYO. fourth time...i get my sandwich FOURTH TIME ...it still came out wrong. I was absolutely exhausted. can these people not read???? No apologies, no offering of money back. it was infuriating. I had been there an hour and still did not have the sandwiches i had ordered. FInally the 5th time the sandwiches came out... they were right except mine was not served warm, as i had requested. It was literally the worst firehouse sub i have ever eaten too, barely any meat or any toppings. I felt like i totally wasted my TIME and money on this place....

If I call after I place an order through the app to ensure the accuracy of my order and make special requests for a fork and napkins in the bag, it should be there when my order is picked up. On top of that, the female manager they have today (10-13-2021) was VERY rude. She asked if I wanted them to bring me a side of onion since it wasn’t on my sandwich. Never mind the missing pickle spear, fork, napkins and half a large cup of chipotle mayo I requested on the side. Let’s not forget to mention when I asked her if she was seriously asking to bring me a side of onion instead of providing a credit or offering to remake my sandwich, she berated me, acted like she lost her hearing and hung up on me.
