If I could do zero I would. The tall & large gentleman who seemed to be the manager was rude and disappointing. I originally asked a nice girl (no one wears name tags do I can’t say who) and she told me to ask the manager and it sounded like she said his name was “Breath”? So I asked the acting manager for his help and he had no idea what he was talking about. If he doesn’t know anything about the app, why is he a manager? Terrible customer service. During the weekends (I am assuming when there is no manager), there is always no staff upfront; they are all hiding in the back. Doing so is not only a bad look but also a potential liability for theft. They had really good customer service the first month they opened. After that, it all went downhill. If you order a pickup order 30/40 minutes ahead, expect it to be at least 10 minutes late. Most of the staff just doesn't seem to care about anything; it's just a horrible look for Chipotle since their customer service is always good at...

Let me start by saying I love Chipotle! But god damn this specific Chipotle is so buns. I get it portions and whatnot, yeah, you gotta keep profit margins up-but these guys are on a whole new level of stingy.
