Took me about 50 minutes to get my order. They did compensate me with 3 coupons for free tacos, and I don't necessarily blame the workers. They were clearly short-staffed and stressed out, and I know Taco Bell doesn't pay them nearly enough to work as hard as they had to today. The root cause of my bad experience today can't be blamed on the workers themselves; they were scheduled today, showed up, and did their jobs. The root cause can absolutely be explained by greedy executives who have made it a business model to underpay workers, short-staff them (especially if they raise pay), and make the customers suffer for it so they complain about workers who are realistically doing their best. Do better, Taco Bell execs. This is ridiculous. If a customer's order takes 50 minutes, the company needs to either bring in workers from other locations (compensate them adequately) to help, or they need to send one of the suits into that kitchen to experience the hell these workers did today. Let the suit deal with the unhappy customers face to face instead of some overworked,...
Read moreAlthough I really do enjoy Taco Bell food, I tried to apply at this very Taco Bell as my first ever job. I had two different employee’s working there that talked me into applying. Neither one of the employees are good friends but they did a good job at getting me excited to work there and finally make my own money for a change. After my interview they told me to expect a call in the next 2-3 days and it’s now been over a week and I haven’t heard from them..
One of the two employees who asked me to come work there called me and told me that they asked why I wasn’t hired. The reason was because the managers didn’t ‘personally’ like the other employee working there who I put as a referral, so I never got hired..
After hearing that, I’m actually glad I never got the job. So, if you are ever looking for a good place to work and live in bowling green, I wouldn’t bet on this...
Read moreI never really expect fast food places to have good service, but this Taco Bell is the worst when it comes to being helped out. No one ever walks up to the front to help out customers no matter how long they wait. One time I was the only customer in the building, and no one in the drive through, but when I walked up to ask where my order was that I ordered through the app, I was just stared at by three different workers who were all just on their phones and chatting. It took almost ten minutes to finally be helped by someone who had to walk from the back, which really cut into my lunch break. Nothing else here is really bad, just gotta hope you don’t run into any problems where you need to talk to an employee, because apparently most...
