I ordered from Jimmy Johns and the driver did not have change , he had to go back to the store to get change and that apparently upset him because when he came back he brought my change in all coins and stood there slowly counting it out with an attitude not only that he had the nerve to SPIT on my washing machine that I had just bought that was sitting beside my porch I was fixing to take inside and hook up. When I called the store to complain I went through 3 managers who simply were rude and acted as they could care less. I went though the regional manager I thought would do something but he was the worst . He accused me of trying to get a hand out and also said there was no proof that the driver SPIT on my washing machine. He also continued to talk down to me by saying that I waited to long ( the next day ) to contact him so that meant it was not important and that I was doing it on a whim! As I explained to him I was told to call him the next day but he was not there so I called the following day. The store and all of the employees apparently have been trained to be rude and are very unprofessional. I do not recommend ordering from there , I know I will never order from there again. To be told there was no proof and that I was asking for a handout when all I was asking for was to make sure they knew what the employee had done. I guess I was supposed to take a photo of the nasty goober this man spit on my washing machine. Had I have known the managers were so poorly trained and so rude and accusing me of lying I would have taken a photo. So be careful when the nasty driver delivers your food. And don't waste your time calling with a complaint because they all have been trained to be horrible managers. Jimmy John's is by far the nastiest restaurant I have ever dealt with. I would not make up a story like that just to get a handout. The food is expensive but I bought it so if I wanted a handout I sure would not want one from this...

Despite placing an order weeks ago, the delivery took an exorbitant 2 1/2 hours to arrive. When we inquired after an hour of waiting, we were met with the excuse that the manager was the lone soul managing the operation, accompanied by a single delivery driver. As if that weren't absurd enough, a subsequent call 45 minutes later revealed the same excuse of being understaffed. Blaming Door Dash for inaccurate delivery times further highlighted the manager's incompetence in managing his own affairs.
Upon finally receiving the order after a barrage of calls, the compensation offered was laughable—a measly free sandwich on our next order. Predictably, when we attempted to redeem this offer, it mysteriously vanished from their records, mirroring the ineptitude displayed throughout our entire interaction. Waiting over two hours for cold sandwiches, not to mention previous instances of similarly egregious delays, showcases Jimmy John's utter incompetence in their primary function: delivering food promptly and efficiently.
