Rebecca was extremely disrespectful. She was unprofessional with me because I walked in before closing, with her words/tone and snatching the ipad away from my hand.
I walked in 8:54 - 6 minutes before they close. But it happens. I work customer/medical service too and it annoys me when people do that but I still welcome them in, I know life happens.
Anyways, as soon as I got to the counter inside, I asked her if I can look at the menu and she SIGHED and said "we only have 4 minutes" So I said sorry, I just got off work. She said "yeah well still" we went back and forth a little, me telling her I don't appreciate her treatment while she continues to tell me she wants to close. I told her I have never ever ever received that behavior from a dispensary employee for the reason of coming in late. She said that she also has other customers who walk in last minute that she's nice to, but that I was being rude first. I told her to please not do this - I literally just said hi and asked to see the menu and immediately after that she sighed and made a comment. Literally gaslighting me and making herself the victim. - I am clearly not the only person she treats like this.
While I was looking through the menu she took the ipad away from my hand, without even asking or saying excuse me. I told her I wanna look at the menu and she said she's doing it so we can finish faster. News flash it took a long time because she was arguing at the same time that she was pulling it up. She finally filtered it and I told her that's not what I want, and she complained that that's why she asked me. I said well ideally I wanted to look at the menu and we could've already been done by now if she didn't take the ipad away from me. Finally she used her braincells and gave it back to me. Surprise surprise it only took me 20sec to look at the menu. Well that's not counting the first 30sec where I was trying to focus but she was yapping and I asked her to stop distracting me so I can pick something and leave. All she had to do was not take the ipad away from my hands, and I would've been out the door before closing. Instead she wasted time power struggling with a customer.
Worst customer service I have received at a dispensary ever and I mean it. Usually dispo employees are kind chill people. Even in the past when I walked in late. Tried this place for the first time and never coming back, ever, I don't care if it's the only dispensary open, I'd rather drive a long distance and pay more than support a business that hires unprofessional and unempathetic employees.

During my visit to that depensory I felt rushed and constantly felt like I was just being sold products rather than being asked what I was trying to alleviate (pain, headaches, etc).
I decided to visit ZenLeaf because it is local. I wish I would've visited here first rather than AmazingBudz in Adrian.
This location is small but offers a wide variety of product. The staff was not only knowledgeable but took their time with me. They answered all of my questions and asked what I was looking to achieve when I consume.
I never felt rushed, never felt like I was being sold products just for the sake of it, and more importantly it was a more personable experience altogether.
