Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Literally the worst service I have ever gotten on a repeated basis. Firstly, the drive thru person speaks so ridiculously fast and then is mad when I can't understand what they're saying. Secondly, my order is almost always missing something, every single time. It's fast food, I get it yknow stuff happens but it's literally every time I just expect it and try to make the best of it. I go for the Long John Silvers. I love that batter! But honestly if this was just the KFC I never even would've went there, and I definitely would never go back if I had and was treated like this. Its January 7th and the music is still Christmas music. The bathrooms look as though they havent been cleaned since Christmas and my husbands KFC chicken was extremely dark, hard and tough. I dont know how this place is still in business. I work in food service and I always make sure my food is presentable and tastes good but I guess not everyone takes pride in their work. This was the sorriest meal I have ever had. We ordered shrimp and fish. The fish was chewy from being under the warmer. The fries were cold. The biscuits were hard from sitting under the warmer also. We did not get any straws for our drinks. No silverware or napkins and they did not have any sauce for their shrimp. I will not go to this Long John Silvers ever again.
