the food was great. manager at the counter was not. i have had several gift certificates given to me in the last two months which i have used at that same location. i went in today to use my last ones and the guy argued with me and pretty much said i was lien about using them there that they haven’t had those in over a year nor had seen one. funny part about it was he was the exact one that had took all the prior ones i had. he even gave me a drink one time with it because my total didn’t equal the amount of the certificates it was less. highly unsatisfied with there customer service and me and my family willing longer give them our business.

might i add the certificate had no expiration date and if they would have looked back on there cameras the guy would of seen himself not once but twice taking them within the last month to two months. they say there a year old but took them within the last few months and had no expiration and argued with me about taking them. that’s poor business. you can’t run a business that way. i would totally understand if he hadn’t took the ones prior or they had a expiration but...

The place is very well kept, though there advertised prices that differs from the Google, Menu, such as Deep Dish, $1.25 additional topping, but also for the deep dish, one size only, 8 LARGE peices in the Only Deep Dish, advertised! Had very large crust and the pieces including the crust we're very, very small! To much crust and not even a large bite of pizza to a peice of the deep dish, I only tried the deep dish pizza so I cannot review the round pizza now, but I recommend a Steak Cheese and Mushroom, Grinder, as I also have mine with cooked onion and green pepper, also provolone cheese! Them are mouth watering as well! Other than that, they are very friendly as well! I am a good distance away, a county away, so if I could leave a better review I am sorry, at this time, I can say I love their grinders bread, and my preferred ingredients! The golden flake cooked bread is very satisfying as well! But other than that, not a bad take out, customers may need a tad bit of better experience expertise, it can better their actual makes!! Went in and placed a carryout order. Sat at the bench and waited...and waited...and waited. Everyone that ordered after us had received their food. I asked about our order twice. Was told they were packing it up. Still nothing. So I asked if it had even been made yet. Oh did you have an order? No I just enjoy hanging out in your lobby for no reason. It had been sitting on the shelf. No one called out the name. The girl was rolling her eyes at me. I asked to speak to the manager. Cindy came out. I told her it's ridiculous to have waited 40+ min for our food, and nobody ever called our name. Her reply "I saw you sitting there. I just thought you were waiting for someone working here." Again, I have nothing better to do than hang out in your lobby. Seriously? You have people sitting in your lobby for no apparent reason and food on the shelf unclaimed and you can put 2 & 2 together to figure that out? To top it off our order wasn't even made correctly. And you think you're worth $15 an hour? There is no need to call tonight because you obviously don't care. Will...
