I came in at about 10:25 AM because I wanted breakfast. The drive through line was wrapped around the building, so I parked to go in. I went to the self service kiosk, and ordered two $2 bundles. I found a place to stand out of the way, and waited. They were fully staffed and filling many orders, and I was prepared to wait a bit due to the crowd. After 15 minutes I started to become concerned as they had called "no more breakfast" at 10:30 but my order number was nowhere on the 'in progress' or 'being served' screen. A lady who had been there about as long as me handed her receipt to an employee and they filled her order and gave her some apple pies for her wait. I decided to ask about mine as I had somewhere to be at 11. They took my receipt and returned a few seconds later to ask me if I would accept fries instead of hashbrowns. I said "I guess" as I was now in a hurry. They called for 2 sausage biscuits from the the back, and it sounded like they were going to have to make it fresh which I didn't have time for at this point, and tried to communicate this to them. One of the cashiers called me over to give me a refund just as someone emerged with my order. I took my order, thanked them, and headed out because I had to go as it was pushing 10:50 at this point. My sandwiches weren't fresh, but the fries were fresh. I understand having trouble during a rush, but I didn't appreciate that my order was forgotten, and the quality wasn't up to snuff. Top Mark's to Jane on the register. They tried to give me a refund which I appreciated. I'm not mad I just had a stinky experience, but I'll return to this location just maybe when it's...
Read moreI help my wife Doordash sometimes and sometimes these restaurants act like we work for them. We work for one party every call and it's just like anywhere else you work. We work for the person that's paying the bill. The customer!!! We represent the customer every call we do. But for some reason they don't see us as a customer. This happened to me twice, once last week and once today. They don't open there door till seven o'clock. There drive through opens at 5, but instead of letting us pick up in drive through, they want us to come around to a pick up window and wait outside in the rain the cold what ever. 10 - 15 min. Last week it was storming this week it was entirely to long. A lot of these calls we are being payed 2 to 3 dollars each. We can't stand outside till they get around to fixing the order and make money. We atleast want to cover the gas. We should be treated like any other customer that comes in. If the customer comes to your drive through, would you tell them to pull and park and come to the window. I don't think so. I do the same as when I'm dashing. I go somewhere else. Customer orders should be done in the order they come. Don't wait till we get there and get concerned. Your just making the customer wait and your...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 for the raiting I would! Most terrible place to eat at! I understand we're going through covid and everyone is stressed and pushed to the limit but we should still treat other people with respect. I had very terrible service right from the beginning through the speaker! Then it continues through to both windows from all the employees. I asked for a manager and a young man who was an assistant manager pops his head in the window with attitude right from the start. We tried to explain what was going on and he just cut us off and did not care. We asked for his name and he refused to give it to us, so we just read his name tag instead, his name was Kenny by the way lol Well after he slams the window, another manager comes to the window and nicely asked us what was wrong. Her name was Tracy the actual manager. She was super nice and apologized to us and then she personally remade our food for us and gave us everyone's name and the number to her boss. BIG SHOUT OUT TO TRACY! She is the store manager and told us whenever we come through again, to personally ask for her and she would make our food. This is the McDonald's on...
