Burger King — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Burger King has gone downhill the past few years. When they first came out with the chicken fries they were my favorite fast food item but once they discontinued them and brought them back they were horrible. They used to be nice and crispy but now they are spongy and gross. I ordered 2 of the new spicy chicken fries (9 piece) and a large onion ring. They only gave me 1 bbq sauce for 18 chicken fries and they were still spongy but the spicy flavor was nice however the onion rings were disgusting, they were soft and falling apart and just gross, I don't think there was a single onion ring that was actually a full ring. It was like when you get a bag of chips and you eat all the full chips and in the bottom of the bag its just crumbs, thats basically what I got. This was the last time I will give burger king a try. Its a shame I used to love Burger King to the point that i would always choose them over mcdonalds but their quality has went from amazing food to barely edible. AVOID...

Their mobile ordering has gotten so much better! Don't make me jump through hoops with a code that expires every 13 minutes and I have to say it as soon as I hit the drive thru speaker and the employees don't even know what deals are being offered nor what code is being used! Gah! They're not IT support, they're trying to not eff up an order and would really prefer to earn a paycheck with happy customers on the other side. We've done several mobile orders lately that are so simple, great deals/savings, and the employees are just fine taking any order, fulfilling it, and sending you on your way. Without spending $30 on breakfast. I get it's junk, but it's not any more junk than anywhere else and I'm spending less with employees who over the BS of stupid tech systems...

I went through the drive thru with a really big order this afternoon. I will not visit this Burger King again! They never gave me ranch sauces, that were clearly ordered on the receipt. Then the manager on duty handed me my last bag of food and said that was it, it was not. I had to wait in line again to get my 5 drinks. To top my 15 minutes wasted waiting in line they never returned my debit card, so several hours later when I couldn't find it I had to waste another 20 minutes driving across town to retrieve my card. Poor service, from a manager no less I never got an apology or any other compensation for all of that trouble!!!! Definitely go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers and strive...
