Sat for 30 minutes in the drive thru line of maybe 5 cars. No exaggeration. I was annoyed, but thought maybe they were slammed inside, which I could understand. Especially, if they were understaffed. It happens. When I got to the window I was absolutely amazed that there was no line inside at all and at least 4 employees. To top it off, they messed up my order. I didn't feel like sitting there for another 15 minutes and going into a rage over a mere drink so I didn't bother saying anything and left. This location honestly messes up orders, conservatively, 50% of the time. I always come to this location because it's convenient. The lady tells me my total and I pull forward to the window to pay for my drinks I hand her my card and pay for it the transaction go threw on my end cause I got the notification on my phone about it. Then she tell me I need your card again cause it didn’t go threw at that point I showed her the transaction we’re it went threw on my mobile bank app. so I gave her my card again then she tells me it didn’t go threw on here end. So after it was all said and done she ended up charging me $12.40 three different times with my card so I ended up paying $37.20 for only two drinks. Read moreI was given a Starbucks gift card by a friend. She wanted me to try their menu since I had only had regular coffee from there and did not like it. I decided try the all day breakfast menu. I got the bacon egg and gouda, with out the cheese. The bacon, which is paper thin was not completely cooked. The top bun of my roll was hard. There had also been cheese on the sandwich that was removed instead of remade, I could taste the Gouda I don't like the taste that why I ordered it without the cheese. I was not impressed by the food. The service was pleasant enough. The young lady at least smiled at me. Although she did not give me a receipt, or napkins with my order.
