Food was fine, but nothing to brag about. My Sprite tasted very watered down though. Staff was friendly and service was good. I think using the term “Amish Deli” is a bit disingenuous as it seemed like any other sandwich shop, but with pre made items for sale from Holmes County. We order from here often and it is always delicious! Tonight we ordered and the owner Steven showed up to deliver our food. It was 9 minutes past the estimated delivery time, which we didn't think twice about, and he had already refunded our order before he got to the door. He was short on delivery drivers and came in to deliver orders. Talk about customer service! The food is always delicious and the Italian sandwich is the best around. Support this...

I came by for the first time today with some coworkers. My food was cool, but the pop machine has not been cleaned in forever. I got back to work and was wondering why my water tasted funny. Well, it had brown stuff crawling in it. I almost freaked out and was happy I didn't drink whatever dirt that was in my cup or was there more and I didn't know it.
