I have never left reviews before, because I prefer to share my experiences with the staff of businesses. But after careful consideration, I felt it was important to share my experience so that others would not face the same issue. One of the lessons my uncle taught me is customers should always be treated with respect and offered high quality service and meals. I guess this was why he was a successful general manager of four Hiltons International. In my 11 years of living in BG and enjoying all restaurants, I have never experienced what I experienced tonight. It was very clear that the waitress who attended to me was racist. First, I apologized for ordering a soup that I thought I would try for the first time but I didn’t enjoy — she stared at me and asked if I read the menu. Later on, I told her about a gnat that was in the mushrooms of my burger — she asked my friend if she saw the fly. Next, I showed her a big fly that was sitting on the bun. Guess what? She apologized profusely to my friend. Never made any eye contact with me. I hope the service will be improved so that NO ONE will experience what I did tonight. If you’re having a fly problem, which you said you were having today, shouldn’t you close the restaurant to rectify the situation? Isn’t that a health hazard? I know you can do better because I’ve seen...
Read moreOrdered delivery directly from the website. Waited 1h40min before calling and found that it had been marked as carryout because they weren't doing delivery, even though the website let me place the order with no indication that it would not be delivered.
Woman on the phone was kind and gave me some options. Decided to refund the order and place again through doordash so I could get new, hot food since it had been sitting there so long.
Wait another 30 min for the dd and got...cold food. Clearly just handed them the bag that had sat there for over 2 hours. Everything was room temp, congealed, unappetizing. So all in all, 2.5 hours wait and all that hassle for...
Read moreI have eaten here before for lunch and loved the food. But I just tried to ask about reservations for a Saturday evening party for 6. The person answering the phone was not too friendly. I understand that you don't take reservations which is fine, but when I tried to see how busy they generally are on Saturday evenings around 6 or 7pm for a party of 6 and her response was "I have no idea, I only work the day shift, Mon. - Fri.". So I politely asked if there was anyone there who might know when the busiest times were. Again her answer was short, and said "I don't know there is no one here who works nights" She wasn't very helpful or nice and it was almost 4pm so I guess her shift was ending and she was not about to help me. So I am having dinner with my family at 7pm tomorrow night at Sam B's across the street who do take reservations for a party of 6 or more, and went on to tell me about their Saturday specials and made me feel very good!! Your loss Easy Street, it is so important to hire friendly, caring staff who care about...
