I really enjoyed this place.. until today sadly. We dined on Tuesday August 12th around 6pm - 8pm. Owners - I highly recommend you place cameras in your establishment or at least look at them. We weren't acknowledged until 20 minutes after we sat down - at which point we weren't even given menus. We had to wait longer for those. Two tables that had sat after we did, received their food before us. Our food took 40+ minutes (two sandwiches). There was a mound of salt on my plate.. disgusting. The female bartender was eating food and going on her phone in front of guests. Our server was also up at the bar, flirting, touching, and conversing for long periods of time with who I would assume to be her boyfriend. Don't even get me started on the girl with brown straight hair and a hot pink phone. She spent most of two hours on her phone, glued to it. She even ran into me as I was walking into the bathroom - again she was on her phone. You are wasting money employing her. This was a horrible experience. It took us 2 hours to get 2 sandwiches and 2 rounds of easy drinks for $74. I really really did enjoy this place and recommend it to others. But today leaves me feeling otherwise. I cant even begin to explain how awful this was - coming from someone who's been in the service industry for years! You really need some more professional, willing to work, and knowledgeable of health code and etiquette guidelines, staff for the days when your phenomenal servers and male bartender...

First of all, what a great experience! The service was fantastic. (Lexi, our server, did an amazing job. Very kind and quick.) The atmosphere was inviting and clean and we can’t wait to try the outdoor seating next time.

I need to make a new paragraph here for my feelings for the wings...

YOU HAVE THE BEST WINGS I HAVE EVER EATEN. I don’t know how exactly you have done it, but you have perfected the boneless wing. I have eaten boneless wings all across America and to find that the best wings are within 45 minutes of my home is truly delightful. I have been hunting the perfect boneless wing across states, time zones and social classes... never have I had a wing almost bring me to tears. The tender chicken encased in such a crispy layer...The Sweet Chili Asian sauce that makes my mouth water just thinking about it... The blue cheese dipping sauce, so different and smooth. The fact that I can get an entire pound of them for so little... My search is over. My mind is blown. I WILL BE COMING BACK.

Will never visit again sadly :( We come to the place often as locals.. and tonight’s experience was the worse I’ve ever been treated…. We left our food and child’s sippy cup behind, our mistake… we went back to retrieve hopefully both… the comments that came next literally blew my mind! My wife who is almost 8 months pregnant and hangry(how we discovered our food was left) when I did get my child’s cup back, I was told… “tell her she pretty, she will be fine” I was also told to tell my wife, “best of luck” …. Saldy only the man who helped me get my daughter cup showed any compassion… the women were so short and rude! In the last 8 week I’ve spent $$$’s here, which I know isn’t much considering all the inflated prices for these poor tourist… but don’t worry. NEVER AGAIN. In a world where woman’s rights and compassion are supposed to matter, this staff is seriously lacking. Btw… it was a Cobb salad that we left.. A SALAD, that they would not work at all with us, for a hungry pregnant women. UNREAL! You can do...
