Horrible Customer Service. We were there on August 8, 2017 and I have not ever witnessed more rude people behind a counter. One of the employees Drew was being so nasty that he destroyed my credit card while swiping it into the credit card machine. (Seriously swiping so hard that my credit card broke into pieces). Kathy also an employee was even nastier about the situation. I attempted to contact Gale (the owner) she called back once and we never connected, but did not attempt to resolve any of this. i would give it a -10 if possible. waited in like just like everyone else & was completely overlooked by the staff to help two younger girls behind me. my family and i with must have been invisible??? The supervisor, owner, and staff giggled when I acknowledged being skipped over, dumbfounded as if I were an alien speaking for the first time??? The owner kept making excuses when she contacted me the next day, customer service is not this locations strong suit.

The fudge display was full of fruit flies and a fly. We told the lady about it and she was removing the fudge and had absolutely no customer service skills. Very short and when I asked for a bag she snapped that she can only do one thing at a time. We bought some English toffee and it was the worst I've ever had. Tasted very old.
