Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

0 stars if possible, went there September 23, 2020 at 9pm. Having great times at Buffalo wild wings before. I moved back home and took my fellow Marine there. Place was not busy and they had plenty of staff. After sitting at the bar, the bartender doesn't come over for several minutes to us. after she does she laughed when I ordered water and said I'm the DD. We ordered chips and salsa and cheese sticks for our apps. 15 minutes later the chips and salsa comes out 15 minutes for chips and salsa. then 5 minutes later the cheese sticks with my brothers entree comes out. I say ok my entree the brisket sandwich should be coming. I ordered the brisket because the bartender said it was great. well 30 minutes later it finally comes out. It had absolutely no brisket just coleslaw and onions. no joke I can't post pictures on this but cooperate has it. After taking a couple bites I took off the top bun and there was no meat. I said are you kidding me and put my napkin next to the plate and pushed my food away. It took over 20 minutes for her to return and ask how it was. I said im glad you asked, well it took over 30 minutes for it to come with no meat. And I said well you see I only took a couple bites so it was terrible I showed her the sandwich and said, where's the brisket? She replied oh I don't know i guess ill take it off. Amazing 👏, and to make it even better my water was empty and she never asked me if I would like a refill. Gee I don't know its been empty for an hour. I worked in the restaurant for years and this was by far the worst experience ever at BWW. And this is probably one of the worst experiences with customer service I've ever experienced. Overall 0 stars. Only the microwaved cheese sticks and wings were ok. After last night my brother and I will never return to that location. If management or cooperate care they need to review the cameras and see for themselves. It was that bad cooperate has pictures because I can't post them here. Absolutely terrible service, food subpar and just overall terrible. And the pandemic had nothing to do with it because the bartender had no problem getting service to her local regulars that were just drinking beer, but 2 new people walk in order beer, apps, and entrees and get terrible service. ill never go back to that location possibly never BWW again it was that bad. good luck staying in business with staff that lies, is rude and lazy. And don't forget the Brisket with no meat. If anyone contacts cooperate they will see the pictures and videos I sent. absolutely Appalling. After sharing my experience with management, I will have to give it to the manager Kirsten and the staff for doing amazing job trying to fix what happened. Fire department really enjoyed all the food that Kirsten hooked up ( extremely nice). Her actions where good enough to put up 4 stars, only minus 1 star for the first time. I will be back soon. I hope Mr. Smith does know that his crew did amazing a job trying to fix...

I went the first week they opened in Boynton Beach.. BIG MISTAKE..I should know better when something is brank new.. they messed up the order it took way over an hour to get the meal. the waiter was new and very apologetic.. he gets an A+ the rest was an F.

second time was mid May 2015.. I sat at the bar because no one was at the door. I had a nice server and the meal was done and it was OK.. nothing to write home about..

Then there was the visit today... Where to begin.. Well for starters it is Fathers Day and it was NOT busy. I stood at the front door more than 5 miniutes.. no one came.. no one acknowledged me.I used the restroom and when I came out I went to the bar since there was no one at the door... I sat there way more than 5 minutes.the barmaid never looked my way. she was too busy shooting the bull with one of the other female employees(I think , since she went behind the bar..) She looked like she had just crawled out of bed.. eyes not fully open and just looking like it was an inconvenience,. I noticed a young man behind the bar, but he also did not acknowledge anyone even ME.. so i calmly closed the menu, and got up to leave. when i got to the door there was a couple there also waiting. I expressed my displeasure and wished them luck.. I walked out. then thought better of it and decided I wanted to lodge a complaint. as I walked back in the couple was being taken to a table. when the Hostess returned, I asked for a manager... A young man came up and lo and behold it was the same young man that was behind the bar when I was there..Imagine that, he was Management.. I lodged my complaint, and reminded him that HE was also one that did not acknowledge me.. Just told him I would not be back.. It really upset me I just wanted a meal and a beer... I didn't think that was too much to ask for.. that and some polite mannered people... As for the rating, can't really rate what I...

To start it wasn’t busy, the hostess put me and my grandson in the very back corner. We literally sat over 30 mins unable to get a waitress’s attention even though she took care of people in the next booth. So I called the restaurant and let him know we were in the back and still waiting for service. Of course he was confused. Finely 5-10 mins later a waitress shows up. At this point other people had come in and already been served and eating 😏. My grandson asked for the 15 wings all flats, hot , I ordered the American smash burger with fired onions. After another 20-25 mins his wings came out but were not all flats 😏, so I sent them back. His second order came out and I was still waiting on my burger. She brought out a burger and the fries were almost cold and the burger was some kind of bacon burger. When she finally returned to the table I told her this wasn’t what I ordered and she proceeded to tell me that was what I ordered 😳. She was very rude and I told her I didn’t order a bacon with green pepper burger and she walked away. When she finally came back I told her to take it off my bill and handed it back to her. I could see if it was crowded but it was over half empty. We had to wait again to order a milkshake as the hot wings were hotter then my grandson ordered and he’s a hot wing kid that’s all he eats. And she said No milkshakes but they did have ice cream which he had to wait for all the while coughing and eyes watering really bad. Needless to say I have never in over 40 years going out to eat not tipped a waitress. This was my first time ever not leaving a tip. Then to explain to my grandson that you do not tip for bad service, had it just been the food then you would still tip the waitress as she would not have control over that.
