UPDATE 6/20 SWAY is awesome! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always Willing to help out and check in to be sure your group is having a great time!! SWAY like her colleague JAY ARE DEFINITELY ASSETS TO SZ!! And I hope management knows it!!

6/2/25 Today JAY checked in my group of 9 and JAY WAS AWESOME !! Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Still a great spot for kids of all ages! They keep it very clean and cool inside which is awesome in the summer months!

8/1/24 It’s been over a month and we still LOVE it here! It is a great spot to spend a couple of hours out of the heat, and their pricing is very reasonable, especially their memberships! We bought their summer package and have absolutely utilized it!

SZ is well run AND kept clean, plus they have a ton of staff working here, so there is always someone around if need be, not to mention, they have an employee at most stations to ensure everyone is playing & having fun!

Most especially… BRISA! She is so nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Plus she works extremely hard yet always has a huge smile on her face! Originally she had checked my large group in, which included looking up several different accounts and adding two new memberships! An hour later, she helped us at the snack bar!

Thank you BRISA for your time & your efforts! You are an absolute asset to SZ and I pray they value AND appreciate you BRISA!! 😎🙌🏼💛

June 2024 Great place! After visiting for our first time, the kids had so much fun. We decided to get a summer membership! Can’t beat the deal of $80, the socks and jump any day/every day now until September 22!

I arrived at check-in to a girl name GIOVANNA! Who greeted us with a very friendly smile, AND attitude! Since it was my first time I had a ton of questions plus I had five children with me… some had never been here before, so they needed to be registered and the others had to give GIOVANNA 3 different #’s! Some needed socks, others needed an actual waiver….

Through all that , GIOVANNA was awesome! Smart, kind, funny, and very helpful! Sky zone is not too big, well...

I had my child’s party at Sky Zone on Saturday, and while the place itself is amazing — with everything kids love — the service was very disappointing. The employees are clearly not well-trained. They didn’t help the kids, and they barely helped me set up for the party, even though I paid for their highest party package.

The girl assigned to assist us did almost nothing. She didn’t guide us or offer any real support throughout the event. It felt like the staff simply didn’t care — it seemed like they were only focused on making money, not on providing a good experience.

The day before the party, I visited to confirm the details. At that time, they told me if I wanted to stay with the parents in the party room, I would need to pay an extra $100. It felt like they were trying to upsell me unnecessarily. However, on the day of the party, they gave me the room for the entire four hours without charging anything extra — which was the right thing to do — but it showed a huge lack of consistency and clear communication.

Additionally, several things that were promised in the package were missing. There were supposed to be party favors — we didn’t receive any. They mentioned we would get water bottles — we didn’t get those either. During the party, the girl served pizza but completely forgot the drinks. When I asked about them, she said she would get them later — but by then, the kids were already eating and needed something to drink right away.

Overall, I was very disappointed. Despite the amazing venue, the lack of training and care from the staff ruined the experience. I would not recommend booking a party here unless they seriously improve their customer service and...

Update #3: added back a star. This time we came with 2 extra friends because we had the free buddy passes. At first nobody was there but then this dude checked us in and didn't even take the passes and accepted my word for the waiver for the 2 Xtra kids! This time they didn't mind we were wearing different socks from another jumping place 😂 lol. Selective enforcement I guess, but this time in our favor! Update #2: had to remove a star because they give my kids bracelets then 30 minutes in tell them they have to use different socks! are you kidding me? you people are that full of yourselves you can't accept that Launch Park and Adrenaline Park are better than you??? you people are plain greedy & arrogant. Update: very disorganized party check-in.. Welp not sure where to start. We get here with 2 kids for party 10 min early and the black lady refused to sign us in! . No names on any of the party tables or rooms! so not sure where to go at first... Luckily I had socks in my car from the last time so the kids played for free - they don't check wrist bands . Then they asked the host to count heads! He asked me and I said don't count my kids.. so he saved on us as extra bday present 😂 lol. Oh yeah their WiFi doesn't work.
