IHOP — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

Worst IHop I've ever been to 9n my entire life. Only one waitress and one cook to mind the whole place. The poor waitress only had one eye. Definitely needed more help in there. The order waz wrong and took forever. She can't wait on a place full of people and being one person. No manager there. I ordered basted eggs, which is supposed to have a runny yellow, didn't order sunny side up, because the yellow always comes back totally hard. This did too, was cold, ordered bacon got sausage which not supposed to eat because I've had colon cancer. The butter we had to wait for after our meal was put on the table. I ate half my pancakes wo any. I got up to see if they had any out in a bowl by the kitchen and the waitress got pissed at me. I chalk all this up to management and no training in cooking or people skills, plus not enough help. 2 people nust isn't enough to run a restaurant, especially in early evening. It was about 7 pm, but that place sure was jamming and during the week too. Bad bad management totally. I'd fire his ass for sure. Never go back unless you want to wait on yourself and hope you get clean stuff. When we first got there there was a pitcher of old cold coffee sitting in a pitcher on the end of the table. They were on all the tables. It was almost empty. Bad bad place to go for food or Service. Fire that manager, ckean the place up, and fir God sakes, hire some DAMN...

Monday, April 15,2024 , 10 am. Server : Shanta, server has nasty habit of profiling. Today I called it to her attention, asking her to stop , or I will call main office and complain about her , at same time I was pointing at her . Her husband which also a server, name of frozi , didn't like how I confronted his wife , that he threatened to call the police because I pointed at her , when I confronted her about profiling . If you're in the area Please avoid those two people which I named. Now I'm going to find out number of main office , and make a complaint on Shanta ( very poor customer service, and profiling ) , and frozi ( making threats to call police on me simply because I confronted his wife about it , and at same for painting finger at her , warning her )

Tuesday, April 16, 2024 Additional details: I promise that I will let every potential customer know that frizo, and Shanta are profilers, which means that they can determine if you will tip them good , if they see and / or determine that youre not they will not serve you in a professional matter . Also please make sure that when frizo is wearing latex gloves when serving you food because I heard thru ex-employess, ( kiandra , Jason , and Denise) that after a bathroom break he does not wash his hands . My BF and I came in for breakfast and the server we had was completely rude to us. When we first ordered, I was asking for the new spicy omelette they have and asked for shredded chicken instead of shredded beef so the waiter went to ask if there was an upcharge for it and he was taking a really long time. Then when he came back, he said they can’t do it. The other waiter he talked to before came up to me and asked if there was a special reason I wanted the chicken instead of the beef. He then proceeded to ask me if I was sure I wanted that and not the other omelette that already had chicken in it. If I wanted that, I would have asked for it. It really offended me as if he was saying I was fat. Then our main waiter had such an attitude with us. My BF asked for a few things that we didn’t get when we ordered and our food was cold. Even my coffee was cold. But we didn’t complain Right off the bat until the end when our waiter was cleaning the table in front of us. While we were still eating, he asked if he could cash us out since he was over his hours and needed to clock out. Immediately my BF and I exchanged looks before he called for a manager. The manager gave us a 10% discount but I feel with our experience we should have been completely comped. We’re never going back...
