KFC — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

Guy at drive thru asked me twice. I dont have an accent, but when I went to the window he took my payment. He was talking to the guys in the back, took my payment, handed back my card, gave me the food order. I checked the lightweight bag and the order was not complete. When I asked where is the second bowl he said I needed to pay. So I originally asked for two mash potato bowls I needed the second one for my husband. My first order for one mash potato bowl and two biscuits cost me 17.00 then the second potato bowl cost me 6.95. I told my coworkers about my experience and they wanted me to go back and talk to the manager. I think it would be a waste of my time and aggravation. Went here to pick up a DoorDash order. There was one guy ahead of me. I had a seat, the guy ahead of me received his order after 10 minutes. I then enquire about my order, she says it’s cooking. I go sit back down. After about 10/15 minutes I ask again, they say it’s cooking. Finally after another seven minutes, I ask in a loud voice about my order, then me and the manager go back and forth about how long it’s taking. She refuse to give me her name.
