I like this concept of ayce sushi. But it isn’t just sushi. The price includes ramen, hibachi, appetizers like gyoza and boa buns. Yes, ayce hibachi and ramen! Basically you sit down and they give you a menu of the available food (white for lunch, pink for dinner). All their sushi are made to order. You don’t get a card and you check off what you want and give to the server. You simply order like in any other sit down restaurant. But the server comes back pretty often. This way you know the sushi is pretty fresh. And i can tell because the seaweed is still crunchy on every hand roll i get.
The sushi selection is actually very decent. Their nigiri imo has great portion: fish draped over a small amount of rice. And for ayce you dont want to get full because of the rice. They include handrolls also. Back in the day there was this ayce sushi on boynton/gateway called taisho. They were the only sushi place (then and now) that served bbq tuna handroll. Oyako, although no bbq tuna handroll, does offer a pretty decent selection of handrolls.
Aside from sushi, they have 2 buffet stations also- one with chinese food and the other split between dessert/pastries and sides like seaweed salad, kimchee, etc. I really like this format of buffet/ayce- the food are not overwhelming and covers the basics. And the chinese is actually not bad. Oh they have wings too. I highly recommend this place if you crave sushi but also a little bit of this/that.
The lunch has a couple less items VS dinner, like squid, salmon roe, sashimi, etc are not available for lunch. But the ramen and hibachi are. They also have a considerable amount of dessert, from chocolate covered pastries, creme brulee, to cup ice cream.
All this for $22 for lunch. Oh they will also charge you for left overs either by the pieces of sushi or by the weight of plate, so only order what you can eat.
The place itself is not gigantic like other chinese buffet restaurant. That will always be a...

It’s not often that a buffet rises to the level of a five-star dining experience, but Oyako Sushi in Boynton Beach has redefined the category entirely.
From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a cool, comfortable atmosphere—an appreciated reprieve from the Florida heat. The ambiance is clean and inviting, with the aroma of fresh, high-quality ingredients filling the air and setting the stage for what becomes a remarkable dining experience.
Unlike typical buffet establishments, Oyako offers an extensive all-you-can-eat menu where nearly everything is made to order. The sushi is impeccably fresh, beautifully plated, and tailored to your preferences. Hibachi dishes are cooked perfectly—never overdone, never underwhelming. The variety is impressive, and nothing feels mass-produced or rushed. You’re not getting “buffet food” here; you’re getting real cuisine that just happens to be served in unlimited portions.
What truly sets Oyako apart, however, is the service.
Fabian and Noah, two young servers likely no older than seventeen, are a masterclass in hospitality. They approach their roles with the polish and attentiveness of seasoned professionals in a high-end restaurant. They take the time to describe dishes, offer thoughtful suggestions, and clear plates only when appropriate—never rushing the table, never interrupting the flow. They work in seamless tandem, embodying the kind of grace and precision you’d expect at a fine dining venue. It’s no exaggeration to say their service rivals, if not exceeds, what I’ve received at far pricier establishments.
With a price point around $30 per person, Oyako delivers exceptional value. For sushi lovers, it’s an unbeatable experience. For anyone who values quality, care, and the joy of a well-prepared meal, this restaurant is a standout in the Palm Beach County dining scene.
Highly recommended. This is not a buffet—it’s a thoughtfully curated...
Read moreOyako Sushi came recommended by the hotel front desk, and it did not disappoint. The food was exceptional. I indulged more than I probably should have, but that’s the fun of an AYCE.
The Udon noodles were incredibly fresh, arriving piping hot, so much so that I managed to burn my tongue on the first bite. Once they cooled slightly, though, they were rich and satisfying.
The hibachi bowl was generously portioned, perhaps more than necessary given the ability to order additional servings. Packed with veggies over white rice, the sauce's flavor was really good.
For sushi, I sampled a selection of nigiri, sashimi, and a roll. Each piece was fresh and appropriately portioned, since you can order more. The roll came with four pieces, while the nigiri and sashimi were ordered individually.
There was also a small buffet section with some standard buffet options such as fried food and shell fish but I choose to stick with the menu items and only went to the buffet to grab some ginger and wasabi.
To cap off the meal, I opted for tempura fried green tea ice cream, a delightfully crisp and creamy dessert that provided the perfect sweet ending.
The staff was very nice and came over often to check if I wanted to order more. The reason I took off the one star was because of the overall atmosphere. When I first walked in, it looked a little run down but in a needs a coat of paint way, not in a...
