DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! THEYāLL RUIN YOUR ODER AND THEN NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Skip the hassle and go somewhere else.
I had a poor experience at this location that got even worse after having to deal with Jaqueline Holmes (General Manager).
After getting home I notice that the bowl I ordered didnāt have beyond meat on it (as ordered). I called and spoke to a pleasant employee who took my name and told me when I come back that itāll be taken care of. The following weekend, I do just that, I return and let the person at the register know what happened (this person was Jacqueline), she very breiefly looked for the note with my name and didnāt see it, she let me know that they didnāt have any behind meat anyway right now, she asked for a receipt and I honestly didnāt bring it because the original person I spoke to said she wrote my info down and Iād be fine, turns out I wasnāt.
Not only did the GM turn me away without trying to do anything to rectify the situation (like call her staff memeber), she wasnāt apologetic at all and acted as if the inconvenience was my fault. I left highly disappointed and NOT wanting to have to return for a third time for a bowl that didnāt come made correctly in the first place, they literally forgot the main ingredient in the bowl.
Anyway, I called once I left to let her know that I wouldnāt return, that Iād reach out to corporate and that it wasnāt right that Iād have to come up there 3 times to fix an issue that her employees caused, Jacqueline Holmes said and I quote āwell you do what you have to do, Iām not going to break the rules for youā at another point in the conversation she asks with an attitude āwhat was the point of me calling up thereā... I wish I was making this experience up!
What happened to customer service actually servicing the customer and trying to remedy an issue? What happened to a manager actually listening to the customer and using her brain to try to come up with a resolution instead of completely disregarding the customer as if their claims are false. I am beyond disappointed in the service I received here, not by the mistakes of the staff who made the bowl wrong, or the person who originally told me to come back, but I am disappointed in āmanagementā for NOT having an understanding of trying to satisfy the customer especially when they arenāt in the wrong. Not only will I not return, I will certainly make sure my family and friends donāt either.

Our first time here was about three weeks ago. We left the gym and came here. We ordered two Smoothies and a flat bread sandwich. When it was time to pay, the Apple pay reader wasn't working. We tried multiple times and it didn't work. We had to leave our food and left a bit embarrassed.
The next day, we went back but this time we brought cash. The service was excellent and the food was great.
We went back again today after the gym. I had no cash on me, as I don't carry my wallet to the gym. Before we ordered, I asked if the apple pay reader was working. The manager/Assistant Manager Jackie said that it should be working. I asked them to not make the order until I made sure that I could pay with my phone. I told her what happened the first time I was here. So we placed our order and of course the reader didn't work again. I tried paying with my phone and with my watch and nothing. Jackie came to assist me and still no luck. I told them that I was sorry and began to leave the store. The employees work so fast that I guess they didn't hear when I asked them not to make the food until I was able to pay. The food was already done. Jackie said to just go ahead and take the food. They can't save that for someone else. I told her that I couldn't do that but she insisted. I felt horrible. Don't want people to think that I'm trying to take advantage. So we took the smoothies and the sandwich. They were delicious again šššš. Jackie said, just pay it forward to someone else. What a nice lady.
We returned to the restaurant a few minutes later, with cash this time. We left a very nice tip for the employees and once again thanked them for their great service.
Jackie, you are an excellent person. You represent your company very well and you should be commended for the way in which you take care of your customers. Because of you, this place now has a steady customer for as long as I'm in the area. May God bless you and yours always.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is excellent and fresh. Made to order. The smoothies are delish. The chicken and pesto flat bread oh my ššš. And the customer service š„š„š„š„š„. The place is also very clean.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm a regular at the Fountains Boynton Beach location. This past Friday, April 19, 2024, I ordered my usual. I always order the chicken bacon ranch flatbread minus the bacon with kale & apple side and the pomegranate plunge smoothie with yogurtusual. As I go to grab my items from the cube station, I noticed that my Kale & Appple side was not in there, so I mentioned it to the black girl who was in there and so goes oh sorry. Then she brings it to my bag and I say to thank you I'll put it in my bag and she goes no I have to put it in your bag I found that strange but let her do it. I get to work and place it in the fridge at work until 10 am because I'm fasting and when 10am came I go to eat it and it was expired food š¤®. I literally was picking the bad apples out if it and it still was aweful! Then I pay for extra chicken in my sandwich, and it's just a regular portion of the chicken in the sandwich, which has been happening the last three weeks. It seems like they can't follow directions from the order. I think they use the extra chicken that i pay for to feed themselves in the morning. I will never return to this location again. I will start going to the Wellington location on my way to work every morning for now on. I do not recommend this...
