3Natives — Restaurant in Florida

I stopped into 3Natives to try their new limited-time items and WOW. The Tajín Mango Bowl? A tropical vacation in a bowl. The Spicy Jerk Chicken Wrap? A flavor-packed hug with a kick. And the Tie Dye Twist smoothie? Let’s just say if unicorns made smoothies, it would taste like this.

But wait since I was already there, I figured why not grab dinner for the fam too? the breakfast burrito. Yes, I said breakfast burrito… for dinner. Don’t question it, just do it. You’ll thank me later.

What I love about 3Natives is that the food is actually fresh AND flavorful. You’d be surprised how many places miss one or both of those. Plus, you can build your own açaí bowls or salads, which is great when you want to pretend you’re being healthy while still getting something delicious.

Shoutout to Javier who was running the show solo during my visit and absolutely crushed it. No one waited long, and his energy and service were top-tier. I’ve been here a few times for lunch during work, and the service is always good but Javier? He brought the ✨WOW✨.

Service is everything to me. Every time I walk in here I feel like I am a burden. Last time I came I ordered the local and paid extra to add coconut. To my surprise once I got home there was no coconut. They tie the bag in a knot and I didn’t think I had to check something so simple and straight to the point. By that time they were about to close and their phone kept going to voicemail. Fast forward to today… I went and ordered the same local bowl add coconut but this time I told them about being charged for something I did not receive. The attendant started to argue with me about a .75 cent addition of coconut flakes. There’s no way in his mind that he thought I was trying to get over by lying? No type of empathy or any customer service skills at all.

I really do order from here a lot… both in person and delivery. I am a sucker for a good açaí bowl and this location is very close to my home. But I have no problem not coming back ever again if you all don’t value...

Gregory Brown is awesome Owner and operating the new Boynton Beach location. I must say with excellent customer service, and multitasking the scene.. I observed tremendous skills in making sure his customers were happy and comfortable in his store. I also observed that his following staff too are on his level as well and this alone makes great customer service and makes the business run itself appropriately. When everyone is on the same level and a team! I will definitely recommend anyone needing good health food choices to this location.
