front doors were locked when i got there at 640pm then forced to go through drive thru. took 15 min for them to acknowledge i was there. 4 people pulled off while i was waiting in line. finally got someone on the speaker after waiting and she said MY BAD, I said things would have been smoother if she just stated they were having trouble with something so i could understand and make the choice to continue with my order. Askd if the front was finally unlocked and she said yes. Went in was told cash only, took 10 mins for the lady to figure out where items were at on the menu screen. receiived the wrong items cold frieds frothy frostys bc they had melted wrong items in my bag and no management no direction or leadership. just a few people arguing about whats on a screen while others just stand back and watch. store was trashed on the inside no lids sodas were not working and out which means the box needed to be replaced. slow wouldnt be the word i would choose to elaborate on the way things were performed and this was the worst experience i ever had ever. Even the BK down the street gets it right on the order and has some fom of direction and leadership in there. I would highly suggest you get the staff trained properly, remove whom ever was in charge this evening and start looking at procedures to ensure a clean store and items that are ordered are correct. I didnt even get what I wanted. This was a sad end to an even worse day.I hope coporate sees this and reaches out to me. Id be more than happy to go in as a secret shopper. Read moreI had the absolute worst experience here ordering from Uber last night! I ordered initially and they forgot most of the order. I contacted Uber and sent them a picture of what I had received. Uber gave me a credit which I used to reorder. I decided to reorder the whole order since we all had to share the little bit we got and were still hungry. When the driver got there, Wendy’s refused to make the food even though they had a new order from me on the screen! I explained to them that I reordered the whole order, but they argued that they would only send me the items they missed the first time. I tried to explain to them that I had reordered the whole thing again so they should send me what I paid for. They refused to so Uber kept sending drivers to get my order and they kept rejecting them. Eventually the order got canceled and I got my money back but this was absolutely crazy! Uber took care of the mistake they made to being with and instead of listening to what I was trying to explain they treated me like I was trying to get free food or something, even though they knew they messed up the first order. It was a combo! So it made more sense for me to pay for the whole combo again rather than the individual items that were missing. We order here once a week and never have had problems but this ruined our night so bad last night that I don’t even want to think about Wendy’s again! So disappointing!

Read moreCriminal activity at the drive-thru window. Google absolutely needs to look into the option of allowing a review with a negative amount of stars. First, this location has employees that will try and charge you twice, especially if you use Apple Pay. What they are doing is taling the phone, taping it. Claiming only 1 or 2 dollars, then saying I have to charge it again (as if the customer cant see its approved on our end) doing this to a good amount of customers, will leave the extra amount at the register as a credit from them to remove the cash after closing. They are stealing from Wendy's and the customers. Second, the store manager is a horrible man who knows what the staff is doing. When me and my family tried to bring this to light and request a refund. The store manager because aggressive, a violent natire and almost came through the window. All of this being done with toddler in the back seat. Store managers aren't their to create arguments, he should have listened, kept the food and provided the refund, then investigated the matter with the employee.
