Went through drive through with my kids, as I ordered the girl didn't understand what I was ordering! Then she put me on hold for a few mins a cpl times as I waited a Ling period of time. Then when I got to window to pay she barely understood me and I could barely understand her. She stood at window with 5 other girls and a man watching us laughing at us all of them while their all on their phones on tiktok leaning on counters and making fun of us. they all stood there staring Then handed our bag that was missing some our food. They all hot in window again rudely asked what we needed I told them missing a sandwich the fork straws napkins and the 2 large sides of peppercorn ranch. They all laughed at me didn't know what I was talking about still. They were Jamaican but manager I talked to him he got embarrassed then went on his phone with the others joining in with them ignored me then some other older lady came up leaned out window said their out of all that. While others all still stood there laughing at us and on their phones taking pics. We were there for 25 mins paid 30. Didn't get somethings we were supposed to and got made fun of mocked and ignored. Only thing I said was we've been here way too long just go. I have never dealt with such disrespect at a drive thru like that ever. If businesses are gonna hire peolpe especially from other countries here they should teach them how to do the job right and understand english and the foid there. Its like the managwr was scared to tell them anything and let them do whatever they wanyed besides work. Our food wasnt good either brown wet lettuce no sauces was dry cold hard fries. I was very upset about all this! Im out 30. Felt disrespected and ate bad food! Ill never go there again! Ill def make sure peolpe know about this and not to go there. Teach and train ur employees how to do...
Read moreI am a big fan of Arbys. I like their food, though it is expensive for fast food. Of course we only have one Arbys restaurant available to us in Bozeman! Well, as much as I like the food, I would rather drive to Deer Lodge for Arbys than deal with the customer service at the Bozeman restaurant. Not only was Crystal, the shift manager, impatiently rude while we were ordering our food, at the register to eat in the restaurant, and we we the only customers in the dining room at the time, she was also visibly frustrated with us and our young children at the "complexity" of our order! Then when the soda cup they gave us collapsed & spilled soda on our table & floor, it was apparently a huge inconvenience to ask Caroline for some paper towels to clean up the mess ourselves, rather than using an entire ream of paper napkins. Then we moved to another table to accommodate them moping, which was just enough effort to clean up the soda, but leave all of the mud still under the same table from the previous customer. But to top it all off, a line cook came out from the back of the counter, apparently so desperate for some vape, that he not only took a drag while still in the restaurant but he began exhaling it before he was even into the vestibule of the entryway. Then quickly taking another disgusting mouthful of smoke right outside the entry door, he returned into the restaurant AGAIN exhaling his smoke into the vestibule, as well as into the dining room of the restaurant! GROSS!! For a place that has help wanted signs stating that they "hire smiles," my guess would be that each current employee was hired before that was the desired...
Read moreArby's definitely knows how to cater to online scalpers and cheats. This is concerning their recent dice scam. Arby's is piggybacking on D&Ds current success using bad publicity by stiffing their loyal customers in favor of eBay resellers. Instead of spending a few extra pennies to distribute the dice (which they know are coveted items) to their restaurants so that every customer could have a chance of getting a set, they chose to sell them only online. As a result 99% of the purchases went to scalpers who downloaded auto-order bots onto their expensive computers. Only seconds after becoming available they were sold out, and seconds later ebay was filled with page after page of Arby's dice with a $400 price tag. Loyal customers didn't even have a chance to order. What's in it for Arby's you ask? Much much more publicity. A bad story is farther reaching than an good one. Well to me this reeks of corporate greed. I have been a loyal weekly customer of Arby's for 20+ years, but I won't be going back until I get my dice (and not from a scalper) My money will be going to Arby's competitors, and I hope all other D&D fans and anyone who hates shady business practices...
