Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Bradenton

I stopped there after shopping & asked the guy, just how good are ur cheese steak sandwiches because I was very picky when it comes to steak meat. He was extremely excited to tell me about them, best around. So I got a small one went home & almost swallowed it whole it was that good. Just went & got another one only the extra large. All the employees are extremely friendly, love talking about their menu & stand behind their products. Today while waiting on my fresh sandwiche one of the employees asked if I'd like a taste test of their new strawberry lemonade, of course I said yes, it was awesome so I bought one to go with my sandwiche. I'm now hooked on their food. Great friendly team there which makes it even more exciting to go, for great food & friendly employees. They all need a raise, if I had got bad vibes my 1st visit I would have left not knowing just how good the food...

Lady behind the counter was loud & obnoxious. She was singing and/ or talking shot about the customers... all in Spanish. Either didn't know or didn't care that other people could understand. Then while transferring chopped steak from griddle to the bread, about 1/3 of it fell on the floor. Again... didn't know or didn't care that I noticed. The old-school cheese steak i ordered was described having a "generous" portion. So much for that, as she didn't bother remaking or adding, to make up for what fell. The cheese whiz, is not real cheese whiz. It was some goopy gross sauce. Now my stomach is mad for me eating the few bites I did. What a disappointment this place was....

Please don't go here. I ordered loaded fries and a large old school cheese steak. First the fries are not cooked all the way and still frozen in center, then my sandwich was supposed to be extra meat included and I asked for mushrooms and peppers to be added, ( which I paid for)! Sandwich came out soggy with no extra meat and no mushrooms and peppers.! This place is a complete rip off and the KIDS that work...
