This is the second time I’ve gone here and the person in front of me bowls were double the size of my bowls. Literally double the size. Anyone can run back the tapes from today October 4th around 12:30 .
We got charged for two bowls even though both our bowls could be added and it would be the same as the person in front of us. They couldn’t hardly close their lids.
They tried to charge us double for the same amount the person got in front of us for half the price. This is the second time it’s happened it’s always the African American guy who skimps on the bowls. The white guys in there don’t. I’m making a formal complaint to corporate about this. They are literally scamming people at this location. We kept one bowl only to weigh it and make a video on it. And we are sending it others to get another bowl to compare. If everyone isn’t going to get a heaping bowl like the two times now the people in front of us got, prepare for endless complaints. This is the second time it’s happen. Same African guy skimping each time. I’ll get his photo uploaded later. Be aware this place skimps out depending who makes it. We are not eating the skimp bowl we got today. We want a refund. It’s not even a full bowl it’s tiny compared to others. We are sending in people to get bowls then to weigh them to show there is major inconsistency with how much each person gets. From the moment we were ordering our food the General Manager Chris( he was at the register) was starring us down and was very unpleasant and Not welcoming at ALL. Even the servers were serving me with limitations as he was watching them.
At the time of cashing us out he was very rude. They were missing the Tabasco chipotle sauce so I went to ask for some and he rolled his eyes at me. Then I went to go ask for some sour cream later on because the honey chicken was too spicy for my daughter, he once again got a attitude and rolled his eyes at me. And I asked him if there was a problem. Chris the GM then said "yes there is a problem, you got $90 worth of food and keep on coming back and asking for things" he was very ARROGANT and RUDE‼️ I STATED THAT THAT OTHER PEOPLE ORDER BOWLS JUST LIKE MINES AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.... WHY DOES IT BOTHER HIM THAT I GET EXTRA RICE OR BEANS????

Read moreUnfortunately I had a very disappointing experience due to the poor service I received from both the manager and the staff.When I asked for an extra tortilla, which I know is typically just $0.50 at other locations, the lady refused my request. I even offered to pay for it, but she made a fuss about it, which was quite unprofessional so I didn’t get what I wanted for lunch. Also my coworker asked for lettuce as a side with her kids' meal, but to our surprise, they wanted to charge her for it. At every other Chipotle location we've visited, extra sides like lettuce have always been complimentary, so this felt inconsistent and frustrating.
