Never thought I rate a Subways, however this one deserves it. Very clean, music is on, very welcoming and friendly staff. From my experience, I would say the manager is putting extra effort in making this Subways succeed. Starting w/ a person on sidewalk standing withk sign that says subway with arrow pointing in direction. I saw it and decided to pull up. Welcoming staff as you enter. Place is spotless. Manager (don't know her name) was very attentive as was rest of staff. Someone ordered a veggie delight and manager let customer know they also had an alternative vegetarian selection in a veggie deluxe, that tasted great. Yes, it's what a good employee is supposed to do but let's be honest, seen plenty not even bother. BTW they were busy. Been a while I see that many people in a subway at once.
When asked, is to eat here, Said yes, I was handed my sub on a small platter and a to go bag with napkins just in case.
Anyhow, just wanted to say it left a good impression on me and say keep up...
Read moreToday my mother and I went into this location and ordered 3 foot long sandwiches with the intention to use the 3 foot longs for $17.99 coupon. During ordering my mother ordered the Mexicali, a sandwich that is not included in the deal. The employee informed us at the end of the transaction and after we expressed our surprise at the fact that the sandwich was not included in the deal she very rudely told us “Well maybe you should have read the fine print.” And “Prices have gone up, sorry.” We’re not arguing about the sandwich not being included but the fact that we were unaware in the beginning and then when made aware of it we’re unable to change to a sandwich that was included and were treated poorly. With that sandwich and being unable to use the coupon we paid more than $35 dollars for these sandwiches; nearly double what we were intending to pay. We’d like someone to contact us as soon as possible to handle...

Waited on line 10 minutes with 2 people in front of me….. young girl very slowly put the meat on the bread, I asked for light mustard and she globes it on, loudly I said no,no,no, light meaning a little bit... The guy next to her “Eric” says under his breath “you don’t have to be rude”…. I went to pay and I asked the young lady what his name was…. Then he starts screaming “why don’t you ask me my name”… I tried to say you were talking to the next customer in line and I’m not rude like you… “You ask me my name” Then I lost it.. yelling back at him ( not very kindly), then he tells me “I don’t have to serve you” I left and told him have a nice day. Obviously he hates his job and it shows. He needs to learn that without the customer, he wouldn’t have a job, and there are other Subways around.
