Rude employees/management. I will not return.
When I pulled up to the drive thru there were a few vehicles ahead of me. After a while, the car at the menu, that had been there for a while left the line and the parking lot. I thought nothing of it. Fast forward to my turn in line. The sun was in my eyes over the menu so I had a difficult time seeing the options. I asked the drive thru employee what was in the "biggy bag" as I had never had it before, and I could not see the menu. They quickly snapped "a sandwhich, nuggets, fries, and a drink"... Not understanding why the response was so cold, I paused and then asked, "okay what kind of sandwhiches". The employee responded with the 3 options and said, "it's on the menu" again with an unpleasant tone. I responded with my first order, and before I could finish speaking "what sauce and to drink", and finally fed up with the unpoliteness I responed, "what's up with the attitude?". The employee responded, "we do not have an attitude" and refused to be polite or apologize. I asked to speak with management to which they claimed to be the manager on duty. Ultimately, I left the line and went elsewhere... just like the car ahead of me probably did.
I can understand that by text the story can sound like I overracted, but tone is hard to convey over a review. Believe me when I say, the employee, "manager", or whatever was extremely rude and probably shouldn't work with the public, let alone "manage"...
I will take my business elsewhere, and from the sounds of your reviews, so will everyone else. The franchisee owner needs to step in and do something if they want this location to be successful. 3 Stars isn't a good look for just...

First I have to repeat myself 3 times before the guy understood what I was ordering (I ordered a number 8 with a cherry cream soda) I did NOT have any kind of special request. I ordered exactly what was on the menu. When I got to the Window the manager quickly became annoyed I was counting change. She gave me a dirty look and slammed the drive thru window shut. After a few minutes the guy opened the window and handed me my bag of food. His name was Lamont. I asked for my drink and was given a DIET orange cream soda. When I told him that was not the soda I asked for Lamont told me to "not get an attitude" and that if I could do that he would fix it......At this point I had not even raised my voice, but after being told that I did get an attitude and asked for my change and the drink I did NOT want. Lamont handed me back the FULL amount I had just given him saying "You asked for the change back" I told him the change was $3 and that was all I needed back. I asked for the managers name and was told Javi right as he slammed the window shut.
I guess even at brand new locations that just opened the Wendy's staff don't care about the customers or the experience...
