As a general manager of a coffee house I have never experienced such awful customer experience. I will not be going to any Dunkin’ ever again. Driving from Minnesota to New York this was one of the only places open. If you decide to clean your lobby an HOUR before close and do not lock the doors it is on you as a business. For your employees who walked away as I asked questions about the products. To then proceed to talk about how inconvenient and annoying we are as guests to walk into the lobby as they have to re clean and actually wait on us. I asked for a latte with vanilla and received a French vanilla latte. (Allergy to hazelnut ) when asked if it was just vanilla she walked away from me and said “yeah sure”. I accepted that and went to continue my travels just to have an allergic reaction that could have ben avoided. Worst business...

Edit: coming back to this review after 3 years, this is still the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts on planet earth. They’re 0-5 with my orders, wrong items, missing items. Terrible, lazy, rude employees, with obviously zero training with zero screening process involved.
I would blame management, but they are shrouded behind some holding company, in which there is ZERO contact information. They simply don’t care, and it shows. This location shouldn’t even be considered a legitimate DD. Everyone knows it, and still management doesn’t give a **. It’s pretty unbelievable how bad this place is. 0.0/10, your money is better off being torn to shreds or set alight in front...

We went through the drive through, but accidentally missed the speaker box. Lady at window wouldn't place our order. She told us either drive through again, or come inside. Line was long and took forever to get to window as it was. So I went inside. Stood there for about 15 minutes. 2 employees made eye contact, yet never acknowledged my existence. Completely blew me off. No letting me know someone would be right with me...nothing!! I was never waited on. That is not how you treat customers! And they want $15 an hour?!...
