The service was horrible, the server wouldnt listen to drink ordered, changed my dessert order completely, when I paid with card they said everything was good, so I took my youngest to the restroom for 20 mins, my oldest who has bad anxiety stepped out with my husband to get fresh air, as me and youngest leave we wave bye and everything, they say bye. Get half way down the street and get chased down by a server saying my card was declined, leave the kids and husband at the square (with my purse, I just took my card not thinking about it). Get back and look at my phone and pull up my bank app and see I was indeed charged. I show them, the manager says it doesnt matter you have to pay again. I say I dont have enough in my account to pay twice and I'll have to call my bank. The manager says he needs a copy of my Id (no big though this whole time hes acting like I'm blame for his machine acting up). I tell him I have to get it. Then walk to the square get my purse and return. I hand over my id and this manager starts going off about hhow "I'm doing you a favor not calling the cops" "Its policy to call the cops when someone doesnt want to pay" and shit. If I was dine and dashing why did I return 2 times, hang around for 20 mins after paying, or returned the next day after I spoke to my bank and canceled the charge (the bank said that the restaurant did get paid so they disputed it) and I paid in cash. Which they treated my husband like a hostile criminal when he walked in to pay. Will never return and happy to post their recipes as they are easy to make. Customer service is just rude and awful. Worst in bradford by far.
Update 2 yrs later (2025):
Heard they got new management since my first visit. The manager was POLITE and kind. Staff seemed happier. Food was amazing. I'm so glad they fixed the issues! If I HAVE to say anything negative at all it's that our server struggled a little to understand our questions but honestly she was SO sweet and tried so hard it honestly didn't bother us. Will...
Read moreSo I have read some of the reviews here and disagree with most critiques of the food. Living in Houston for many many years and having eaten at high end and low end restaurants serving Mexican food, my wife and know good, authentic Mexican food. When we moved to Bradford heard about Taco Inc and we were told the food was authentic and good. Our first thought was, yea right, whatever you say. An authentic Mexican restaurant here in Bradford? Oh please. We were extremely skeptical. We decided we will be the judge of that. So we made the trip there on a Friday night. We were greeted as we walked in and seated immediately. The place had a decent authentic atmosphere so we liked that. We were served chips with salsa and the salsa was perfect. I ordered chicken/steak fajitas. My wife ordered Pork Carnitas. This was because too many places have very bland seasoning on the chicken and steak fajitas and most restaurants can not make pork carnitas properly. While we ordered we were shocked at the pricing. Way lower than Houston. Fajitas for one in Houston, $26. Our food came promptly and the serving were massive. We both were served what we would get in Houston as a meal for 1 for each of us.. What we got was twice what we expected. It was if we got 2 meals each, so wow. And then the flavor…The chicken and the steak fajita meat seasoning was perfect. Exactly how they should taste and the pork carnitas, wow, they were cooked and seasoned perfect. Neither of us could believe it. So one last test. Tamales. Frozen or freshly made. Tamales are frozen at the majority of Mexican restaurants because of the work that goes into making a homemade tamale. Well it was perfect. What more can I say. If you don’t eat here, you are missing out big time. Truely Taco Inc is an authentic...
Read moreI was trying to have a nice birthday dinner with my family and I put left over alcohol in a to go cup which I didn’t know you couldn’t do. Since I just turned 21. And other restaurants with different rules and I literally was going to ask the server when she came by if I could do it if not I would drink it and other server came by and literally took my cup and opened it and sniffed it and told me I couldn’t take it out of the restaurant and I was very respectful and said okay that’s fine and drink it. Then when we walk up I heard one server talking to one of the male servers about me and the situation. Like seriously why do that? Why talk about other people in Spanish when you don’t even know if they can understand you. That’s why US Hispanics get bad rep. So My only advice to the servers would be don’t assume people don’t know Spanish and talk about them right in front of them to other servers if you don’t know if they speak Spanish or don’t talk about them at all that’s...
