I didn't know what was wrong with my gaming tower but I wanted to get it looked at. I have not had good experiences in the past with computer repair shops. Brian was able to look at my computer the same day and explain in detail the possibilities that could need fixed based on what was happening. Brian made a point to allow me to ask questions and explained things to where I was able to understand without making me feel dumb. He offered multiple solutions outlining the various options and costs as well as time for service. After testing my tower, Brian was able to explain the problems and offer solutions for me to decide without pressure explaining short term and long term options. Brian was able To complete the work needed on my computer as he had the parts I needed in stock and I was able to pick up my computer the next afternoon. Once I arrived to pick up my computer, Brian explained what he changed along with upgrades that would be beneficial depending on usage in the future. Asked Brian if he did cell phones, and happily said he did, very eager to help me. Fixed it in a timely manner. Faster than I expected!
