Service (7/10): The service here was good. It was my first time here and the lady was very helpful and patient with me and made sure all my food was in the bag before i left.

The Chicago Best Burger (6/10): The burger looked pretty good based off of the items so I decided to go with this one and got it medium well. Honestly the burger was alright it was above average but nothing I would write home about. I personally like burgers with eggs and so it bumped it up an extra point especially with them cooking it over medium they understood the assignment. I do wish it came with a sauce however there is ketchup, mayo & mustard you can grab and it wasn’t a big deal for me either way.

Fries (3/10): Unfortunately the fries were not good, they were soggy and undercooked. There were a few that i bit into and it was like a bit into a raw potato. There wasn’t really any seasoning on the fries either so a bit of a let down

6 piece wings, barbecue honey mustard (4/10): Going to be honest, i dont recommend the wings. From the presentation the wings aren’t tossed instead they put the wings in the box and just poured the sauce over it and closed the lid. The wings themselves taste like tysons frozen wings. The barbecue honey mustard is just barbecue. After like 2 wings my body had a visceral reaction and i had to just stop eating them. Yes I know its not a wing place, however its on the menu and people in previous reviews have spoken highly of them.

Overall: I honestly wanted to like this restaurant, but outside of the burger being just above average it’s nothing bringing me back unfortunately. If your questioning meeting a burger at this facility stop reading this review right now and dial the number, order the burger, go with your first choice it will be your best. If you want to order the fries on the stick, get the fries on the stick, potato tornado to be exact. I tried the secret sauce, I do not know the secret, maybe the secret is, its good! If that is the case it's not a secret anymore. Yyyuuummmm yyyuuummmm.

I am from out of town, Muskegon Michigan. I haven't been to Chicago in a while but I will agree this is Chicago's best burger, it must be, no questions.

Customer service was delightful. I called once to inquire about prices they were very fast to pick up and quick to answer. I called back again later with my order, I was a little wishy-washy on my decision they were very patient. It is New Year's Eve and they did not rush me on the phone which I appreciated. The food was ready on time within a matter of 25 minutes maybe even sooner than that it just took us that while to get there. The food was hot also ordered a to go drink. Drink half of the drink in the parking lot and they let us get a refill before we pull out for the evening. I think that's pretty stand up facility. Once again shout out to the lady taking our order you are very pleasant and do a wonderful job I hope you get a raise happy new years. Shout out to the cooks my mouth has never watered so much I got that burger with the mozzarella cheese and the tomato and the garlic aioli I don't even remember the name it was just all a wonderful dream at this point.

I must have just gone on a bad night because the reviews are pretty good overall.

My gut instinct when we first walked in was to leave. Both workers looked at us but we didn’t get a greeting or even a friendly smile.

We waited a little long for our food, but not too bad. The cook brought our food over and apologized for the long wait but that they were “tired” and had “been working all day”. They gave us two trays that had fries that looked like they’d been in the grease for way too long (see pic). The burgers were ok. I got a black and blue and it was very very sloppy. I couldn’t finish it because it was just too salty and messy. And can we go back to the fries? If the fries were cooked like they were supposed to be, I wouldn’t be posting this. But how can you give a customer these and think that’s ok? They (cook) did ask us how everything was but because they were so upset about their work shift I didn’t want to make them any more upset by letting them know the fries were disgusting. Needless to say, I didn’t eat any fries and couldn’t finish the burger. It was about $36 for two combos and a tip.

Once the cook went back to the kitchen, they started complaining to the other employee about how they were upset about being scheduled such long shifts, they were tired, etc. Meanwhile, it’s barely 8:30 and the other employee is starting to close up (they close at 9): turning the open sign off, putting chairs on top of tables, etc.

Probably will not be returning here any time soon. I do hope that we just came on a bad night and this is not...
