There was a WASP in my togo order and when I called to ask for my money back I was argued with and hung up on. Horrible customer service and 0 accountability. I said multiple times over the phone there is a BUG in my food and she clearly understood me and asked if I wanted a new order of Crab Rangoon after I explained the bug was DEAD AND DEEP FRIED IN MY FOOD! I asked for a full refund and she argued with me about it and decided to hang up on me. So I went to the restaurant and as soon as I walked in the husband and wife both ran to the counter and asked to see my food before I even said anything. They examined the food and asked again if I wanted a new order which I kindly said no I wanted a full refund and I’m not eating any of the food in my order which was all brought back untouched (besides the Rangoon since that was our appetizer we started to eat before we noticed the wasp). The wife was very upset to refund me and told me it was their supplier that brought the food in like that and not the restaurants fault. Ma’am, I don’t care how a bug got in my food, your establishment sold me food like this and when I asked her why she hung up on me she said “my manager told me to”. That’s not how you handle business or treat a customer. I never once cursed, raised my voice on the phone or at the restaurant, nor did I say anything to a customer or by stander. I didn’t want to leave a review like this but this was HORRIBLE customer service and I will NEVER eat here again. Read moreAbsolutely awful. I confess I never ate their food , but I will tell you about my experience. They left a flyer on my door, so obviously they are looking for business. That is fair enough. I place an order with the restaurant via my phone . They make sure they have my number , ok still fine. Here is the awful part. They tell me 10 minutes for my order. I get there in 20 minutes and still no order. The owner I presume is trying to get my money . I tell him that I will pay when order is complete. He goes in the back , comes out 5 minutes later with my order and it is still not complete. The bottomline is that I was completely disrespected. The idea of calling is that the order is ready. For the order NOT to be ready, eliminates the point of calling in the first place. Read moreMe and my fiancé have eaten here one other time and it was good. We were so excited as it’s so close to our house and we wouldn’t need to travel so far for sushi. Ordered takeout again today and got the same items as last time. I got the hurricane specialty roll that is supposed to contain spicy tuna. After eating the first one it was SO fishy. Yes I know it’s sushi but you can tell when something’s off. It also did not taste this bad when I first ordered them. Had my fiancé try without even saying anything and he spit it out saying it was horrible. Upon opening the roll, the tuna was BROWN and if you’ve ever had it before it’s supposed to be an orange/pink color. Never ever have I had this happen.
