Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

My pizza order was placed online at 17:54 on 11/2/2018. I checked the online tracker at 18:20 and it stated that my order is on it's way. My wife called the location at 18:48 and someone picked up the phone and placed her on hold without even acknowledging her. She hung up after no one responded while being on hold for 5 minutes. I called the location at at 18:50 and the same thing happened to me, someone immediately placed me on hold without acknowledging me, I waited for 8 minutes, in which the driver showed up and I hung up without speaking to anyone. From the time I checked at 1820 to 1900 is when we got out delivery, there was 40 min that lapsed in which the location is 10 min drive. Management and employees have displayed poor lack of customer service and my food was delivered late and cold at that. Here are some tips on how you can better yourself if you want my business or anyone else's in the future:

1. when a phone rings, answer the call and acknowledge the customer. If you have multiple transactions going, ASK the customer "may I place you on a brief hold?"
2. Ensure who ever cooked the pizza, double checks the temp or ensures the pizza was actually fully cooked. The pizza dough we received tonight was not fully cooked.
3. Your tracker is pointless if there was a lapse in time of 40 min from when it left the store and getting to the location. Maybe you need to set goals with your drivers in delivering 2 orders at the most. Any more than that, the last customer will be very upset when you show up late and their food is cold. (such as I have just experienced)
4. IF or When you have delivered poor customer service, the manager should call and apologize for the inconvenience, or offer some sort of incentive for the customer such as a discount or a free dessert for the troubles.

It appears overall you need to do some retraining from the management down. I hope you truly evaluate my recommendations and take some corrective measures on your location because the all-around service I received tonight...

Wouldn't even give the one star honestly I made an online order and i was givin an estimated time of 1 hour and 30 min. The pizza arrived 2 hrs and 30 mins after the time i place my order then i only received 1 pizza and a 2 liter the driver told me he forgot my food he would have to come back after calling i was told they found my food and it they will remake it and it would be about an hour to be delivered an hour amd 45min later it was delivered dont think they made it fresh at all. Was not even warm i called back was told i could get a refund if i gave back the pizza then someone was coming to get the pizza i was told and no one ever came i called back 2 hours later its now 8 pm and i was told that i will not get a refund if i didnt bring them the pizza wth if i had a vehicle i obviously would never have waited that long for pizza especially with hungry kids and i was told by the GM CHRISTIAN AND AN EMPLOYEE PHILLIP THAT A DRIVER WAS ALREADY ON THE WAY TO GET THE PIZZA. Ordered by phone large pizza 3 toppings bread sticks they repeated the order back to me and it was correct they told me 15 min and would be 17.99. they didn't ask me my name and I thought that was kind of weird but I didn't think nothing of it they didn't give their name it was a male that answered the phone got to the Pizza Hut they didn't know what I was talking about they finally found an order but it was for a cheese steak pan pizza and breadsticks I said that's not what I ordered and they said oh and give you that confused look face so I ended up having to give my order again and it was not 17.99 it was 26.99 so that was two of the things they got wrong and I said I'm not paying for that other order cuz I didn't order that so I ended up having to wait another 20 minutes when I had already called my order in 25 minutes ago okay Pizza Hut a thats strike one I ought to give you strike one and two because you quoted me wrong price and didn't take my order and process it so you got one more chance I don't do strike one two three I do strike one and two so if you can't do better than this maybe you wonr get my business next...
