I used door dash or order food from this place. When the food was delivered by the dasher I checked to make sure everything was in there. Well come to find out I was missing a item from my order ( crab raggons) so I called Hong Kong and spoke to someone about my order they swore up and down that they put it in there. Then continued to accuse the dasher of stealing and wouldn’t resolve the issue. I then explained that there’s no possible way that could have happened because the brown paper bag that my food was in was stapled then double knotted by a plastic bag. When i placed the order i said everything i wanted and at the end said absolutely no peppers. I obviously had to be more clear because there were peppers in two of the dishes....if i am saying it so strongly and you are unsure you should clarify. I guess it is my fault for not saying after each little thing. I should have been more specific. Found hair in my food and they wouldn't give me a refund they only offered a replacement. Why would I want a replacement when you already showed your unsanitary. The cooks aren't wearing face mask, hairnets, or gloves during a friggin pandemic. I will be contacting code enforcement. They are also selling/ price gouging hand sanitizer and mask!
