Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Brandon

First time ordering here. Unfortunately was not the best decision. First of all they got the order completely wrong. Ended up having to dig out mushrooms and onions so my kids would eat it. I even checked my order thinking maybe I made the mistake. No. They put the wrong topping on the wrong halves. Also they use canned mushrooms, which is aweful. I ordered extra white sauce, I think they completely forgot to put it on there it was so dry. I asked for seasoning on The crust and even ordered extra, well that was missing too. The bacon was hard. How can you meas up bacon?! Even my daughter picked hers off bc she said it tastes bad. BACON?!?! On to the chicken wings....DON'T let the picture fool you. I received broken wi gs and they were about 30% meat 70% fat. I had to airfry them for a bit to try and make then edible. That didn't work. Had two of them and couldn't do anymore. I Just an overall bad experience, from getting our order wrong to poor quality....

I'm not sure why I keep coming here, horribly unprofessional every time.

Ordered the following -Bbq chicken pizza with no pizza sauce- got a BBQ chicken pizza with extra pizza sauce and light bbq sauce.

I asked multiple times to add more bbq sauce the child handed me dipping cups of bbq sauce? Really? Good luck spreading that on a pizza. The bbq bottle was 2 feet from the guy.

-Deluxe Pizza with light sauce and add black olives and no mushrooms.

Got a Deluxe pizza with normal sauce, no black olives and tons of mushrooms. Unbelievable....

-Spicy Pizza Stromboli thing, they made it so large it wouldn't fit in the box so I asked just put it in a pizza box instead they wrapped it in some paper stuff that ruined the texture and we had to go back in just to get the marinara cup that was supposed to come with it.

I ordered the Steak & Cheese sub today for lunch and what a huge mistake that was. The steak was undercooked and the sandwich was very dry and tastless. The small amount of mayo they put on dried up into the bread while cooking and no cheese was put on the sandwhich neither. I thought the missing cheese was a mistake at first but then I remembered that one of the employees told me they were all out of the cheese for for the Philly Steak pizza, so that explains why it was missing on my sub. Instead of letting me know or asking if I would like to substitute for another cheese in stock, they decided to just leave it off with no explaination or apology. I've had the Steak & Cheese sub many times before at other Marco's locations and they all tasted great so I don't know what happened here. I still love Marco's but not...
