This McDonald’s is my normal location that I regularly go to normally the food is relatively fresh and not bad. However, when my boyfriend and I ordered our food (2/24/25) I ordered a 10 piece nugget. I’ve never had issues with the nuggets before or the food in general. As soon as I get home I take a bite out of a nugget and bite into something hard, I freaked out and looked at what it was. There was a piece of BONE in my nugget. On top of that all of my food was cold, the fries felt and tasted like the were left out for a while. I called the store and the manager was very sweet over the phone and told me to come back to the store to sort it out. I’ve never physically been into the store I normally always go through the drive through, I’ve never seen a team of workers who are so disorganized and lost. I’m the last person to complain or even cause an issue. The manager was very nice and offered to redo the order, I should’ve asked for a refund instead knowing now. I ended up having to fill out an incident report with the manager, and we ended up redoing the entire order. The girl who took my order complained to my face about her job, and as she was taking my order the second time, she upped and walked away from the register… the manager ended up having to finish my order. I never raised my voice once, I was probably too nice. Getting home my food was still the same quality and was missing an item. Honestly just disappointed with the entire interaction and situation. We’ll probably find a...
Read moreThe meat on my Big Mac was dry, cold and old. The sandwich was thrown together & half off of the bun, the fry carton was half full and filled with pieces not fit to eat. My tea was hot because there was only a few pieces of ice in the cup, & my mayo and ketchup packets were thrown at me and half ended up in the drive-thru lane. This was at 12:30 pm when the restaurant should have been too busy to serve second rate leftover food, but there was only 1 other car in front of me, and I now understand why. I wish I could say that this was an isolated incident, but over the last year I have been to several McDonald's around the area and the results have been pretty much the same as this one. I used to work for a franchise back in the 1980's and this type of service would have never been tolerated. Corporate would have swept in & taken the stores over. Unfortunately since the death of Ray Crock the standards continued to suffer a slow and painful demise. The company should go back to their roots and quit trying to be all things to all people. Cutout the shortcuts like the warming trays and French fry basket filler that breaks the fries into tiny pieces and get back to a good, fresh sandwich with piping hot fresh fries and a cold drink. Bring back the fried apple pie as well, they were much better than the baked ones served today. If the ship is not righted & soon, I don't think the company will survive because people will not spend their hard earned money for these poor products and...
Read moreHoly. So, there was 2 people making in the back making burger, one very nice lady who, was working cashier, fries, and giving everyone inside their orders, and another lady just passing orders towards to the people in cars. We order our food, and this man from a construction company walks in and say he's going to do something that would block the driveway, and the Manager who is in the back making burgers, says, "go ahead" Once we get our food, which took a good 10 minutes (not terrible for how short staffed they were) A woman who came from the drive through walks in and says, "the drive thru is blocked and I already paid for my food, where is my food" At that point the manager was quite. I understand that the Store was short of staff, but, You could've at least finished the line of people before closing off the Drive-thru. And to top it off, it seemed like the manager had a bit of an attitude, the Woman who attended to me was the only person who didn't have an attitude. At least my...
